    The two areas that say to "sign in ink" are confusing. If you can fill the form out online, then why can't you fill those areas out online? This means the whole form has to be printed out just for those two signatures. So it's pointless to fill the form out online because you have to print the form out for those two signatures. And once you print the form out and fill it all in, you have to mail it back to immigration?

    I live in the USA, and I went to India to get married. My spouse and I are from the same state, but her house and my uncle's house are in different cities, about 25 minutes apart. After the wedding, we lived together in my city for a month to spend time together, without her officially moving.
    When I returned to the USA, she went back to her current address where she lives with her mother. On form I-130, it asks, "Where did you and your spouse last live together?" I indicated my city, stating that we lived together from November 5, 2023, to December 5, 2023
    However, in form I-130A, it asks for my spouse's addresses for the past 5 years. I provided her address where she lives with her mother, listing it as her residence from birth to present.
    Will this conflict with the information on form 1-130, where I mentioned that we lived together in my city for a month? Technically, she did not officially move; we just stayed there. How do I fill the correct way so I don't get RFE please help. Thank You.

Should I right down "unemployed" in between and dates when I was unemployed between my jobs to cover all 5 years? Or they just need me to provide all times when I worked only, doesn't matter if it has gaps in between? Thanks a lot

Question, when i submitted the i130A application with my i130 for my spouse whom is overseas i was told i did not have to fill out the “interpreter or preparer info” on the i130A because i was the petitioner submitting that form for him. The passport she has expires in June next year, and I am just wondering if we may put it as we do not have a passport till we receive a new one, so we do not have to update papers twice.

    Quick Question I am sure this applies to many. If you stayed at an Airbnb for 20 days between switching appartments, do you need to put that down as your one of your physical address ?

    • @jamesb9303
      @jamesb9303 3 месяца назад +1

      No. If you receive post mails like bank statement letters or DMV letters at a specific address, then that is your physical address. If you have not registered that Airbnb to recieve post mails, then that is not your physical address.
