BE CAREFUL GUYS! WHEN U FILL YOUR APPLICATION ONLY CHOOSE ONE BOX WHEN YOU SAY WHERE YOUR BENEFICIARY (ur SPOUSE, KIDS, PARENTS) ARE GOING TO GET INTERVIWED. DONT NOT LEAVE BOTH BOX EMPTY, DO NOT SELECT BOTH USA OR HOME COUNTRY . FILL ONLY ONE BOX (EITHER USA OR UR HOME COUNTRY OR WHEREVER THEY WILL INTERVIEW) . IF U MAKE THAT MISTAKE YOU LL HAVE TO WAIT 6 MNTHS TO A YEAR. I MADE THAT MISTAKE. IF U MAKE A MISTAKE U WILL HAVE TO FILL I 824 AND ISNT A GOOD WAIT. PLEASE PIN MY COMMENT SO EVERYONE CAN SEE THIS FIRST OR THEY MIGHT SUFFER LIKE ME.

I don’t see any mention about where to interview. I think it’s inferred that if the beneficiary is outside of the US then the interview has to be held where he/she resides.

I am going to file marriage based greencard for my spouse who is residing outside of US abroad in Canada. Our home country is Nepal: about native written language is Nepali but we do use English. So we should include that information in that section ?
Also, for section 62.a which country we should mention as he is living in canada right now in work permit since 3 years but we have citizenship from Nepal.

I was wondering what to put in page 5, part 4 under section 12.a if both the beneficiary and the petitioners are outside the US (applying via consular processing), and do not yet know where they'll live in the US?

Also, is there a difference when petitioning through a consular process? Thank you so much!!

If I lived in my current address in the USA my whole life except for 2017-2018, do I fill out 10a-10i with that address, leave 12a-13b blank and than put the address I lived in during 2017-2018 in 14a-15b?

If the US Customs and Border Protection Officer tells us that we did not need to get an I-94 permit, I assume we leave that area blank? Referring to Part 4 46.b & 46.d. Should those areas be left blank or will we need to go back and see about receiving an I-94 permit? Thank you in advance for all your help and information!

I think they were updating their system around the April 25-30 timeframe because whenever I log in to update it would give the error: We were unable to retrieve your form. I tried using another browser and also creating a new account. I spent so many hours on this and now have to start all over. I even tweeted and tried calling USCIS but no help from them. Has anybody encountered the same issue? I do see now the online form has changed a little so they definitely were in the process of changing something.

@KseniyaInternational Hi! How about in my situation we are going to file concurrently. My husband is the petitioner, and as what I've watched from your other video I can still use my husband last name even if it isn't listed on our marriage certificate or I didn't do a name change yet because my states doesn't allow it. So I'm about to do that to put my husband's last name on all of my forms, but what about in this form i-130 and i-130a should I still use my husband's last name or should I use my birth name?

Hi Kseniya, Part 4 number 61a asks where the beneficiary will apply for AOS to Lawful permanent resident. For Concurrent Filing with i-130 should this not be the USCIS office in Chicago?

Your adjustment of status application will be processed by a uscis field office near you. There are hundreds of field offices, so it’s is best to indicate your place of residence and they will direct it to the nearest office where you will also have your interview.

Please can you explain to me this stage "nformation about beneficiary in their native written language
If the beneficiary's native written language does not use Roman letters, upload a document with his or her name and foreign address in their native written language. If you have a text or word processing document you would like to submit for evidence, send us a PDF version of the file. When saving your file, select PDF as the file type to save."
What should I attach with this pdf of my name and address, should I attach evidence such as pictures of the party ....or what please 🥺

I've filed an affidavit of support for my brother in law, BUT did not sponsor him. I only had to do that because my sister did not have the financial requirements to sponsor him. Do I still include that there? Thanks

If you petition for a spouse who resides in the U.S. Forms I-130 concurrent with form I-485 and form I-130 for his child who is under 18, can you send both petitions under the same package or you have to send each petition separately to different addressess? please kindly respond if you know the answer, thank you in advanced.
