Hi there, I have a question about the I-130 and I-130A forms. They are kind of connected. On the I-130, there is a question that asks, “Where did you and your spouse last live together?” I lived with her for only one month, and then I came to the USA while she continued living with her mother. On the I-130A, it asks for her addresses from the past five years. I put the address where she has been living with her mother from birth to the present, but for one month we lived at a different address, at my uncle’s house. How should I fill this out in this situation?
@@usimmigrationhelp7335 I live in the USA, and I went to India to get married. My spouse and I are from the same state, but her house and my uncle's house are in different cities, about 25 minutes apart. After the wedding, we lived together in my city for a month to spend time together, without her officially moving. When I returned to the USA, she went back to her current address where she lives with her mother. On form I-130, it asks, "Where did you and your spouse last live together?" I indicated my city, stating that we lived together from November 5, 2023, to December 5, 2023 However, in form I-130A, it asks for my spouse's addresses for the past 5 years. I provided her address where she lives with her mother, listing it as her residence from birth to present. Will this conflict with the information on form 1-130, where I mentioned that we lived together in my city for a month? Technically, she did not officially move; we just stayed there. How do I fill the correct way so I don't get RFE please help. Thank You.
Thank you for this info I just got one question about the " Information about you the spouse beneficiary Parent 1 and 2)? is it her parents or my parents? please let me know thank you
