Thank you for sharing this Kseniya, this is amazing and thanks for the help.
I do have one question though. I see in the video, from the supporting documents, you've mentioned "Copy of sponsor's tax returns and W2s/1099s from most recent 3 tax years". However, while I read from I864 instructions, I see it says:
"If you provide a photocopy of your Federal individual income tax returns, you must include a copy of each and every
Form W-2 and Form 1099 that relates to your returns. Do not include copies of these forms if you provide an IRS
transcript of your Federal individual income tax returns rather than a photocopy unless you filed a joint income tax return
with your spouse and are qualifying using only your income."
So my understanding is: If sponsor filed jointly with spouse or others, he/she needs to submit IRS tax return transcript along with W2s/1099s, but if the sponsor filed individually, then only IRS tax return transcript is required, and USCIS even instructs not to include W-2s or 1099s in this case. (I know this only applies to IRS tax return transcript, not federal individual income tax return)
Am I understanding this correctly? I know this must be included somewhere in your videos or video lists, my apologize if I missed it. Let me know what you think, thank you so much!

One thing I just want to make it clear that if the immigrant is eligible for I-864W (i.e. have 40 credits from social security or other criteria) then there is NO need to file I-864. This information is not clearly mentioned anywhere in the video. However, the video is very informative and helpful. Thank you Kseniya.

Hi Kseniya, thank you SO much for this information. On part 5, item 7, if my husband will combine his income with mine in order for me to sponsor a parent and he’ll be filling out I-864A, should I write 1 or leave it blank? This question mentions others family members but doesn’t mention husband. We live in the same address and I am the petitioner.
    Thank you so much!!!

Hey Kseniya! My husband is the petitioning sponsor & he’s filing this affidavit for me. In Part 5 Household Size nr. 3, what should we put there? He’s supposed to list persons who are NOT sponsored but if married he should put 1 for spouse. Even though this document is being filed FOR his spouse, me. It’s kind of confusing and we were denied once because of this document.
    What would you do?

i have a question related to the co-sponsor, i am the petitioner, and if i have a family member who will co-sponsor with me and they do not live in my same house, they will fill out the the normal I-864, correct? and for part 6, question #8, do i enter anything in there? is this section ONLY for family members who currently reside at the same address as me? should I leave this section blank in that case?
and also, what if i use the same mailing address as my family member, but have a different physical address, does that change anything? would i still have my family member fill out the I-864, or would they do the I-864A?
I know this is very specific so understand if you don't have the right answer.
    Thank you for your time.

Thank you so much for this video. It helps a lot. One question for you. My son is applying for me (he is 21 and married). I include his wife on the part 5 (household size) so in that case the total household will be 3 but do I have to send any documentation from his wife too? like her identification, proof that she is married to him, and that she is a student? Their income tax are together but she doesn't work. Please let me know. I saw a list of household requires at the end of this video and I just want to make sure that i don't need to send anything from her. Thanks
