How do you use a round about in a subdivision with a 4 way yield signs? Does each vehicle yield before going through the round about or do you follow the person in front of you while the 3 other sides wait for all the traffic to go through?
Hello I have a question what if there’s a yield sign on the highway when you are merging do you still accelerate on the acceleration lane if the ramp is long or do you stop when you see the yield also what is the acceleration lane is short and there a yield sign what do you do

Hi Rick, your videos are very informative, I watch them regularly! Regarding slip lanes with a yield in Canada (ON), do I have to watch out for and yield to oncoming left turns? Who has right of way in these type of intersections? I generally don’t think I have to watch for them (ie look behind to my left to see the intersection )as left turns generally are slow enough so I can I make the merge. What’s your opinion or rather the traffic law ?

Excellent tip and there is one in Stewartsville ,NJ it's willow grove road corner Herleman Road as a Yield sign controlled intersection. Not sure if I'm required to shoulder check on a yield sign controlled on ramp since I ended up doing this on US-22 East N 4th street & 13th street on ramps Easton,PA.

Thanks Rick and for me it's very hard to avoid road potholes because they seem to take over two road lanes examples of this in the Phillipsburg,NJ area are Strikers Road and the Phillipsburg Mall entrance roadways. Not sure if you will produce a video on how to avoid them?

At an intersection with a right slip lane with a yield sign, on a red light with no cars, do I still have to stop, or can I just do my shoulder checks and go?
Hi one436purcell - Thank you for your comment an query. If the way is clear on a right turn and there is sufficient gap you don't have to stop. You can simply do your observation checks and proceed. Hi rick, for the purposes of a road test, while entering a slip lane, do you have to stop before the crosswalk at all times even if there are no pedestrians?

I Stopped At A Yield Sign
I do stop on it in case if I see a speedy vehicle coming in the right side of the highway.
But some of the rude drivers who they are behind me start honking like crazy, I don't understand what is the wrong with them!
They already know they are in a yield highway enterance!

At the intersection, I want to make a right turn with a yield sign & pedestrian lines and also with three lanes, Do i need to just yield and proceed to my own lane even so there's car coming in the middle lane?
