- Houston ISD superintendent Mike Miles is accused of funneling money from Texas charter schools to Colorado charter schools he started. He's the subject of an investigative report that looks into the charter's finances. FOX 26's Sherman Desselle spoke with local leaders for their reactions.

Same as Biden. Bidens sent Ukraine 175 billion. They should have won the Biden war by now but everyone who can critically think knows Russia could wipe Ukraine off the map in a day; but Russia knows we have a weak president and Russia is watching Biden destroy the dollar and wreck the economy by continuing to send them billions of money we don't have. We need him gone. Most people noticed that under our previous potus, no new wars were started and he even tried to get us totally out of Afghanistan but he took advise of Matti's and started a slow drawdown. Then Biden did it the wrong way and got 13 Marines killed and some army and not once has he mentioned their name. The way to end all the Biden wars is to vote him out and get out country back
P.S The budget of the United States Marines is 55 billion a year. So that's over 3yrs of military funding he's wasted on a pointless war that was not going to happen until he sent Boris Johnson to meet with zelenski who was about to sign a treaty with Putin in which no war would happen but Biden wanted war cause they are all profiting.
Members of congress didnt realize this plan existed & didnt begin the endless political battle to put a stop to it until the 70's. But the roots of it begin with taking over the old "town schools" with state-run schools, back in the 1920's. That structure screamed "fascism," but the voters were duped, & their elected officials went along with it. These ppl are on a relentless mission to bean/wash & control the next generation
For one, school superintendents arent elected by the taxpayers theyre supposed to represent, & neither are board members. Our state schools are another example of government that was founded to usurp the taxpayer, right from the beginning. Remember, before the state began running our schools, they were in the hands of local parents & teachers, not a central gov
Secondly, the legislature shouldve never elected him. They shouldve already known he was an executive of a charter school system, putting him in direct opposition & competition with public schools. A clear & obvious conflict-of-interest. Maybe not every member of the legislature who voted him in knew that, but you can be sure _AT LEAST_ one congressman & one senator did! And that makes it or/ani/ed crime & trea/on

he was appointed by the Texas Education Agency, even after being removed from Dallas ISD due to similar issues.
i believe that the state government is actively trying to undermine the public school system to replace it with a private/charter school program.

BS! The teacher’s union is going after him to discredit him. Stick to educating our children, which based on STAAR test score, is not being accomplished. Tax dollars are being wasted and someone needs to step in and stop the bleeding.
I wouldn't assume that the STAAR test is a particularly good measure of student learning. That's not to say that there aren't serious problems that need to be addressed, but STAAR scores don't tell the whole tale. If anything, all of this testing has made problems worse.

Recapture is the main reason HISD is going broke with $302 million sent to other districts, largely to the border and increasingly to charter schools in other districts. It's likely that Houston ISD Dollars went to the charters via recapture and then on to Colorado by the embezzling superintendent.

All I’m saying is a certain pony school hired and fired me within a year off of South Lockwood. They did the same with 8 other principles hired and fired within a year, so I’m not sure where that money is going to replace the employees interview the employees and I wonder if my job went to somebody in Colorado because our schools model was “overstaffed “yet they needed me to teach an elective last year and a friend of mine told me at lunch one day he was quitting, and since I wasn’t wanting to quit, I was going to take his position, but the principal said that they were overstaffed and could not hire a position that they need. 🐍 There was no way they were going to run next year without it, so she just lied to my face. took everything not to hcnup a hctib. HISD is a complete circus 💩 show right now. Word of advice since this is on the fox broadcast please tell your grandchildren “do not take an education job in @Hisd. I’m watching all these stories, and it seems to me a lot of noise from people who ran HISD into the ground and their buddies about a charter school organization doing EXACTLY what they would be in favor of doing in HISD which is using funds to support schools which need them. Everything is based on need with these people until it affects THEIR jobs and honey pots.
At least this story covered these people’s goals which is to get the old crooks back in charge of HISD which ought to be broken up anyways. Too much corruption can hide in a $2 billion budget.
