Then I would see the students, I assume, shuttled to different locations like Walmart, AMI, etc. They always had their t-shirts on and seem to travel in groups a lot. Anyway, all this to say, driving past hundreds of times the building looks beautiful from outside. I could only imagine what it looked like inside. Now I got a glimpse and it looks amazing.

Not great, lol. Ofc this is all self-reported as boarding schools aren't required to post salaries like public schools but here are some numbers...
    Avg pay: 43k - 63k
Home prices in the area vary a lot but I saw a few at 328k which are similar to what I live in now (and I paid 205k for mine, but I live in a low COL area). I'd probably end up living in a condo, but that really wouldn't work for my family:). Single, sure...family no lol.
Point being, I wouldn't want to teach there. Looking at the amazing facilities is great, and getting to use them is a perk...but for that pay it sucks. Teachers are already underpaid but this really seems like a slap in the face. Unless I'm missing a major benifit, doesn't seem worth it to me.
Also looking at coaches pay, it seems really low. You are churning out the best athletes, super competative programs, etc...and you are only paying 36-58k a year. Now if you can stack that with a teacher salary it isn't bad at all...but I highly doubt the coaches there teach. Maybe I'm wrong.
TLDR: Doesn't seem worth it to work here if you are a teacher or coach.
