    Is there a model that has satellite (actual) view in navigation when driving?

    Good job! Thank you for your time and explaining all of the features! I'm looking at a 2023 F-Pace. Is the Wireless Android Auto/Apple Carplay backwards compatible on this model year? Thank you in advance.

      You're welcome! You should still have the option of plugging in via USB or sticking with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto for the 2023 as well

    Hey Steve... great review!... I have a 2023 D200 and have one big frustration. If I am listening to my music. either via APPLE or the radio and the Sat Nav announcements come on, it totally cuts out my music, on previous cars I have been able to 'blend' the volumes so I can still hear both?...... is there any setting on the F - Pace to enable me to do this?.... cheers Cam

      Glad I'm not the only one who finds that annoying! I wasn't able to find a way to blend audio sources and the notifications section didn't have options for that either. Next time I'm in a Jaguar I'll see if there are any workarounds!

    HEY STEVE! Would it be possible for you to do the I-PACE? That infotainment system is different. I don't have one yet so you have time. But you are so good and easy to understand, I know you would be great to get me ready. Whenever I look to change my car, (ive been looking for months) I always want to know if you've done a video. Ill double check for the I-Pace on your channel.

      Hey! I Pace is definitely on the radar - waiting for decent weather to actually be able to shoot. Most likely won't be until March that it goes up on the channel though

      youre awesome. I will have to amend my request. LOL I had already ordered a LYRIQ and it was looking like it wasn't going to happen. But i recently got word that it has entered production, or is slated for production. So i will watch the IPACE for sure but i will end up eventually with the Caddy. 🤷🏾‍♀ @@CarsWithSteve

    Interesting video/review, Steve. Always appreciate your work. You'd think Jaguar would give its customers a little more than an 11-inch screen.

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  7 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks Patrick! Surprisingly even though the screen is smaller I found it pretty easy to move around. The setup is pretty nice.. the one thing I found odd is the choice to have a giant blackberry storm type button for the climate controls right under the screen

      I dunno@@CarsWithSteve, it seems to me that Jaguar is holding onto the modernist philosophy "less is more."

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  7 месяцев назад +1

      Less is more is a good way to put it - the cabin doesn't feel overwhelming at all

      @@CarsWithSteve I'm going to need to introduce you to the architecture of Mies van der Rohe. He invented modernism, and coined the phrase "less is more."

      This screen is standard in the F-Pace.. I haven't seen one of these newer ones installed in a previous generation model though because of the different modules
