You are such a wonderful resource! I have watched this video a couple of times and have come back today to refresh my memory on how you did this technique. So i'm going to get started! Thanks so much! beautiful rocks!
Thank you Julie! I get my rocks from the Home Depot. They come in a variety’s of sizes in a big heavy bag. The ones I can’t use I put in the garden 🙂 Joan
I’m just getting started on doing decoupage on rocks. This video was so helpful!!! Your rocks are so beautiful! My question though…. How do I seal the top of the rock so it’s weather proof?
I love these rocks. And this method. We bought a ton of river rocks literally for our various landscaping projects. We still have half. Will be making some rocks. Great for pattern weights. Is there a way to add words? And yes I subscribed and it notices. Will go look at copies too.
I love this method too! You can add words with a paint marker. Wait for the words to dry, put a light layer of Mod Podge on top. Once dry then you can seal. Thank you so much for subscribing and wow, sooo lucky you have a big supply of rocks! Never thought I’d say that! Lol Have fun creating with your rocks! ❤️😃
Nancy H Hi! I get my napkins from Vippies, their website is www.vippies.com! LOVE that mermaid and they have more! They will send you extra napkins to offset shipping, love Vippies❤️! Thank you for watching my video! - Joan 🙂
No I get whatever they have at the Dollar Tree. Please start with this video if you are very new to decoupage. After you do a bunch of rocks then move onto other techniques like a wrap. ruclips.net/video/uTntRmbkuZk/видео.html&feature=sharec

@@JoanMarieDomino lol. Don’t know why your reply made me laugh but it’s all good. Heard maybe Home Depo might sell the rocks. The rocks you used came out so perfect & round with your napkin art. Loved it.
@@JoanMarieDomino I guess that’s why it made me laugh. Who would’ve thought i’d be buying rocks in my older years or people making millions selling rocks.

Can you seal it with another coat of Modge podge on top ?
M0d Podge is fine for a top coat as long as the rock is not put outdoors. Thank you for tuning in! - Joan
So you seal the rocks? If so, what do you use!
Yes! Clear spray sealant from rustoleum. I thought I included that in the video? I’ll have to watch it
Are using acrylic paint?
Hi Joan! Yes just cheap acrylic crafting paint! Joan 🙂
Did u put more decoupage after you took the Saran off
I put a spray sealant on top but you can put a coat of Mod Podge on top too
