    Hiii guys
    Age-14
    Height- 155cm
    Hip size-94cm
    Thighs-56cm
    Goal-atleast 160cm within 2 months
    So guys i will start this from today
    Day1- done ☠almost dead( while doing this my stomach feels like hell)😭😭
    Day2- didn't do it cozz of pain😓😓
    Day3-didn't do it
    Day4-done it wasn't that painful
    Day5- done but i didn't do it in evening
    Day6- done i did it twice but in morning i skipped stretches and in evening i skipped bicycle exercise
    Day7- done only in morning
    Note:- i will update my results tomorrow
    Update:-height still 155cm😣
    Thighs- 55.5cm😊
    Hip size-93.5cm😊
    I didn't do this exercise for some previous days cozz of period cramps
    But this time i will post my results after 2 months (date-16-9-22)

    Hi, Masumi. Thank you for your video, it really effective for my height.
    I'm 27 years old with height 4'10". Although it's slow and need diligence, I've grown taller 1cm (not specified) after doing your exercise from another video for 4months. I also do other things like massage and drink milk everyday.

    Thank you so much for the Video Masumi 🙂. I know that, like me, you have been trying really hard to get taller. I think you are 5'2 160cm in height, right??? You are looking taller though. And your making progress. I am 5'4 162cm in height. I am only just a few inches taller than you. We can both do this!

      dude 1 inch is roughly 2.5 cm and 1 feet is 12 inches
      so, 160 cm is 5 feet 2.99 inch or you can say 5 feet 3 inch
      and 162 cm is 5 feet 3.77 inch
      do the right math😄

    I tried all ur videos of getting taller....! But ntg was of use to me🙃😞but ya it's cause'of my Gentics... ! As both of my parents are recessive but i tried lot of things like jumping ropes -100per day and all the stretching exercise.... Hope this would help me a lot
