    Kakaibang tinola
    Parang mas healthy gamitin ang totoong sampalok kaysa artificial powder sampalok🤔
    Hindi ko maintindihan ibig sabihin ng tinola.
    Sa tagalog iba yong tinola parang sinigang na baboy para sakin yan na may mais at kalabasa.🤔

      Tinola is a Filipino soup dish. It involves cooking meat pieces in ginger broth. There are many versions. As long as you stick to the core of ginger broth.
      In cebu its Tinuwa. And yes using real tamarind is better but again, this js not sinigang. I just personally add a little sourness. You can also use vinegar if you dont like sampalok powder
