    Umami is linamnam in Tagalog .Adobo is my favorite when i was 30 yrs old .i use tanglad and chillies to make it exotic.

      Yes, we personally enjoy a very aromatic dish. I like adding a lot. It doesn’t alter the taste that much unlike adding salt. But adding a little bit is ok. Depends on preference

      I respect that but unlike salt putting more laurel doesn’t alter the taste. It actually makes it more aromatic and we like it that way.

    y'all need to know that "OMAMI" is just a made up word by culinary industry. what it really means is MSG to your food, wither, naturally or enhanced.

    Try adding ginger to a chicken adobo next time. It makes a big difference.Don’t use ginger for the pork ,only for chicken adobo.
