    You've done a great job job, thanks very much for sharing it! I'm about to jump into basically the same thing and I was just wondering if you could point me to wherever you got all the torque specs?

      Torque specs all came from the service manual.

    mvp actually listed all your parts used. Would everything be the same for an r33 gtr?

      R33 subframe is different, but not sure if the bushings are the same or not. Some parts might have cross-compatibility but I've never done a R33 before. Good luck, this made a huge difference in handling on my car

    Good video, thanks. I'm located in Australia and just in the process of disassembling my rear s/frame, I have a couple of questions. Did the powder-coating cause any issues when you were trying to fit the new subframe bushes, or were you able to avoid powder-coat in the areas where the bushes fit? Also wondering where you sourced your new ATTESA hoses and nitrogen accumulator from? Cheers.

      Hi, I rebuilt my subframe last winter
      For the subfame bushes, just mask off the bores with high heat tape or aluminium foil before powder coating.
      The accumulator is available from Kudos motorsports in Australia.
      RHDautodesing in the USA sells a hose kit for the ATTESA.
      Cheers

      thanks for watching. Like Nicolas said. mask off the openings for the bushes or you won't be able to get the new ones pressed in. the shop that powdercoated my subframe used this masking film that looked like a sticky plastic of some sort. RHD Autodesign supplied the ATTESA hoses (U.S. Based) and I picked up the Accumulator from Dynosty (also U.S. based). Might be cheaper options for postage down under. 😃

    Hi!
    Im doing a subframe overhaul on my R32 GTR aswell now. Im curious about the whiteline bushings you use, how are they performing? I would like to get as close to OEM as possible and dont really now what to get right now.

  • @riptas7196
    @riptas7196 7 месяцев назад

    For the bushings that needed to be pressed in did you take the entire subframe to a shop or press them in with tools at home?

      Took the whole subframe to my mate's shop, he pressed them in

    Hi, forgot to ask. When you did the GKtech braces. Did you have issues with the arms moving freely. As they state. Install arms, mark, grind, weld.
    Was curious, wanting to do the braces without installing the arms. Ty
