A great display of Japanese muscle for the uninitiated and old guys like me who remember a time when you could buy them for under 20k (AUD) heavily modified (obviously not to this spec)
Here’s one from my email vault (2006)
The following vehicle has just come into stock with a supplier in Japan for 950,000 yen FOB. The cost in Australia is estimated to be just $18,700 (including all on road costs)
Estimated Power Output: Over 400 HP.
1993 Nissan Skyline R32 GTR, 2.6 litre turbo coupe
    5 speed
    73,000 kms
    Black

    17" VOLK GTP alloy wheels
    APEXi Power FC computer
    CUSCO mechanical LSD
    Twin plate clutch
    Front RECARO seats
    Etc.

I'm surprised how rarely did front axle kicked in, it's mostly being driven RWD which is probably why R32 is not that understeery as some other AWDs might be. Love this build, looks awesome and handles pretty well, that's right where GTRs should be imo

I've re-watched this video so many times, partly because I love the R32 GTR, but also because of how well it's being driven. His driving is calm, smooth, and he's focused in a way you rarely see, and your reactions from the passenger seat tell that story so well.
I really hope you get the opportunity to get a clean lap in this car one day, perhaps even one in the drivers seat if he's feeling generous. Definitely one of my favourite videos you've posted!
