    Air conditioning systems are a lot more complicated than heating systems.

    • @tomb816
      @tomb816 14 дней назад +4

      I mean, a heat pump IS an air conditioner, just with the flow direction swapped. So, you need an extra part to make an AC system into a heater. Seems the heater is more complex ;)

      @@tomb816 are you joking?

    • @tomb816
      @tomb816 9 дней назад

      @@BB-np4ib No. A heat pump is pretty much the same design as an AC unit, just w/ a reversing valve. Neither are complicated systems. They're simple heat exchangers using a certain fluid as the transfer medium and a pump to produce flow. They extract heat from one source and transfer it to another. AC from inside to out and a heat pump from outside to in.

      Think of a cars engine they can go through between 350,000,000 to over 1,000,000,000 rpms in 100k miles, and most cars make it well above 100k miles today. So, going by that the compressor would have either equal to that or about half of that depending on the climate. If you live in Florida the AC would be on all the time so it'd be about equal. But there's another thing to consider. Vehicles that run high rpms normally have have under driven accessory drives and vehicles with low rom engines tend to have over driven accessory drives, so they could have half the revolutions or double!...

      Или вырезание куска механизма теперь так называют?!!! (постарел, неврубаюся в современные терминологии вааще..)
