I just had this monitor delivered about 30 minutes ago. Gonna set it up tonight and use it with my PS5 til Sunday, when I get to tear apart my workspace and incorporate it into my work from home setup for my job. Gonna have this, 2 24 inch screens, and the laptop I use for work. SO MUCH ROOM for excel sheets!
Got this monitor last Thursday, with a little calibration this thing is now perfect! I turned down the brightness on mine, my room doesn't really get direct sunlight when I'm gaming. I usually play at night lol the colors are just perfect imo
if your Video card has a display port.. should be okay.. you have to have a display port to get anything over 100mhz as HDMI and Dual link do NOT support anything over 100mhz
I have the 32" version of this outstanding monitor! The Asus VQ32VQ1B 32" 165Hz 2560 x 1440 Curved Monitor! I must say, for a VA panel, the image quality is amazing, to say the least! And you're right, the stand is fantastic, and VERY stable! I love this monitor, and the 34" you reviewed shows me I made a great choice with Asus!
Although i don't know what ur talking about as I have never experienced a good monitor as Im using a used hp elitedisplay E221 xD and luckily Im doing video editing and 3d modelling on it and feel everything is so good so i dont know what a good monitor even looks like and i can't afford one as my country has an incredible tax on products which sometimes cost more than the product itself. LOL!!!

It's the best va 21:9 I've had. Took several other models back ghosting smearing is there but not bad 20 overdrive is Best. Don't turn adaptive sync on it will flicker but freesync is still on
can i use my laptop MSI model ax201ngw, do I need to order any HDMI cables or some different ones to connect my laptop to the screen? I'm absolutely "green" with knowledge about this type of stuff and I do want nice monitor to connect to my laptop. Thanks in advance for response from anyone
The ASUS VQ32VQ1B 32" I posted about above is $379 on Amazon, only $30 more than what you are asking for. If you're willing to drop a little extra cash, I can't recommend this monitor enough! I ditched two monitors ( two 24" Acer wide screen IPS 1920 x 1080 panels ) for this one monitor, and am NOT missing the extra monitor, and in fact, having more desk space with more screen is awesome! I went from IPS to VA, and this Asus has fantastic color gamut, 120% sRGB range, terrific brightness and contrast (the blacks are SO deep and make other blacks on other monitors look grey!), and being curved, it's amazingly immersive for games!
Looks like I am the lucky one with bad red/blue shadowing. Arrgghhh! After calibrating the Nvidia control panel and monitor settings I was able to get rid some of the red/blue shadows. Damn this monitor is bright. Even the LG 2k looks better than this monitor due to the bad shadowing. I actually would not ever suggest this monitor to anyone. Having to calibrate the Nvidia control panel and monitor is a headache.
