You made me smile at your comments about your color selection (for teaching purposes). Love the scallop edging!
Absolutely hooked on this blanket. I just did the swatch as shown this evening and there's no stopping me now. You are a diamond teacher, you deserve every bit of credit. Also learnt fsc first time. Thanks for your hardwork and look forward to many more tutorials 😉😊
Excellently worded, and excellently tutored!! THANKYOU 💞💯👏👏👏
Thank you Catherine, I’m glad you like it! 😃🧶
Beautiful. I was struggling with the boarders. Thank you for the clear tutorial
Great border tutorial and a great end for “nameless stitch" blanket. I enjoy hearing what you have to say, what you call “blathering" 😉, and watch your videos from start to finish. I also like that you use contrasting colours to make it visually easy to see what you are doing. Keep up the great work 👍🏻 😃
Thank you so much! :D x
Hi just finished my bubble puff blanket thank you so much for the tutorial done two now one in pink&white one in cream&pink turned out lovely ❤❤
Thanks Robin! I’ve just finished off my daughters granny square tote bag worth a cute scalloped edge on the strap 😍
Yes thank you, you’re a good teacher. 😉👍
Brilliant, I just have a new granddaughter. I found your channel and now I am going to try this blanket. Thank you for the great tutorial. Best wishes from Northern Ireland.
Yay! So glad you are going to make the Bubble Puff Blanket! 🙌

Have you added the written border for the border? I can't seem it find it yet. Thanks for a great video!
OH!! OOOOOOPS! 🤦🏻♀️ No I haven't yet! Fail.
I'll get it sorted by the weekend x
bonjour, j'adore vos marqueurs, est-ce vous qui les avez fait ? ils sont trop mignons.
I am new to adding borders ... may I ask why you add double crochets on the side edges of the blanket? And also why 2 double crochets in the same stitch?
Love your tutorials! :)
This blanket is so pretty. I hope to give it a try, but wonder if I can ask a question as a relative newcomer to crochet? Why do you do SC along the top and bottom of the blanket but DC down both sides? Sorry if this is obvious!
Good question! I did it purely for balance :-) this blanket seemed to need something more substantial down the sides to balance the bottom 😀
Thank you very much for your quick answer. Don't think I'm at the stage yet when I can 'see' this type of thing - very much a case of following a pattern or a tutorial at the moment!
@@lorainelindsayll I hadn't even thought of "why" I did it that way until to asked LOL!! Following tutorials is absolutely the way to go, eventually you'll start tweaking and making things your own (asking me why is the first step so I reckon you're closer than you think!)
Robin, do you have a tutorial for a boarder to do after doing the “Flat Braid Block Join”… At the end you say to leave yarn joined to continue with the boarder. Tutorial following next video… unfortunately I’m not able to find it… please can you help?

Hi this is lovely but what is the finished size please
The pram size one I made is about 35 inches by 26 inches (very roughly!) You can make it any size that you wish though!
