I tell people you taught me to crochet 😂 this blanket is beautiful! Been looking for a pattern for baby velvet yarn where the stitches don’t just get lost. This has good definition to it. Great video thank you so much!😊

This is genius! It’s now at the top of the list of my favorite stitch patterns! Thank you so much, it looks beautiful with every yarn type and size I’ve tried. I tried with a very thick yarn and substituted the extended dbl crochet so it had some drape. Looks exactly how it’s supposed to still.
I am hoping a cardigan or pullover sweater pattern is created with this stitch pattern!!!

I'm having some difficulty with mine too. Watched it several times and trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Going to the website to look at the written pattern...

    • @joannehopesLife_After_40

I read the pattern and figured out how I went wrong. The pattern says for the v-stitch row, to repeat row 2.
In the video I heard to make the V's in between the "sets". So I was going between the V sets. But, you have to work above the center of the V's. I could not see that in the video.
