Bless you Greg Allman! May you Rest In Peace! Thanks for all the wonderful tunes and music you and your brother Duane gave us! Thank you Warren Haynes for remembering!
Just saw him with TTB at Boston Garden in September, he was beyond the highest expectations we had and so, so, so cool and loving being with Derek, Susan, Lukas Nelson and the 10 others in stage. Very very memorable ❤❤❤👏👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
The Allman Brothers are one of the best bands ever, and Warren Hayes became an integral part of the band. He is incredibly talented both as a guitarist and a vocalist. Nice tribute to Greg...thanks Warren:)
Warren is the guy I own the most music by and the musician i have seen the most in my nearly 50 years of seeing live shows and over 55 years of buying Vinyl. My mother in law passed away on Sept. 26th and I had a ticket to see Mule that night and my wife knew I was still going, and I did. I met and got a great selfie with Warren that night, turning a bummer of a day into a wonderful evening of music ! Gregg was another of my favorites, that I also have very much music by, and enjoyed seeing live too. R.ock I.n P.aradise Gregg, and thanks for the great music Warren !
Saw him do this with ABB at One of the very first Warren Haynes Christmas jams when it Was still at the Thomas Wolfe. Saw many Xmas jam's and Many mule show's. Warren Haynes never ever disappoints. 🤙 great tribute to Greg
Nice to see another Christmas Jammer that was at the Wolfe...........22 Christmas Jams and 5 Island Exodus later now at 225 Warren/Mule shows to date....many many more to come
The ABB didn’t perform Melissa in Thomas Wolfe in 2000(and they weren’t at Wolfe the only other time it was held there in 1999)The setlist was as follows: DWYNM>CTB, Ain’t Wastin’, Bad Sign, Soulshine, Dreams, Statesboro, E: OWO.
I live within 2.5 hours of Ashville and would crawl over glass (at least part of the way) to see Warren there. I’ve only seen him 1x, with ABB in Hartford. But aside from the always sold out and Christmas Show, I never see Warren around! Surely appreciate the posting of shows like this. Merry Christmas 2023
Hasn’t sold it in years. Including the last 2 years it’s been back. Always tickets 🎫 available AND empty seats up top. Those who actually GO to the show (and have for years) in Harrah’s Cherokee Center know what’s actually happening. . .
Was an amazing evening as always at the Peach getting ready for Christmas Jam....Warren brought it as usual and poured his heart out....don't ever plan on missing Christmas Jam...22 and counting!
I used to get Warren's Guitar Player magazine delivered to my mailbox by mistake when we were neighbors at Red Square on Houston St. Looks like he made out okay without them.
Just A Beautiful song Really shines With Warren and his Gibson in such a Naked version. Warren Haynes is a Really versatile musician and A Hell of A Good Guy
What a great little venue! Those are the best kind 😊 One of my favorite ABB songs. Thank you, Dickie Betts, for your writing contributions. Thanks to Warren Haynes for continuing on with the legacy xo
Gregg wrote the song, Alamo gets a credit due to a business deal well chronicled in different books. Gregg was not happy the way it worked out, but his hands were tied.
Who cares? It's not like Gregg showed up to his funeral either! Funerals are for people who like to mourn together. Some people prefer to mourn alone, in their own way.
Warren is such a complete musical artist.
Just amazing.
Bless you Greg Allman! May you Rest In Peace! Thanks for all the wonderful tunes and music you and your brother Duane gave us! Thank you Warren Haynes for remembering!
Let's not forget Dickie
He's all about the song. No need to show off. So tasteful, so likeable. Great, great talent.
Very well said 👏👏👏👏
Greg Allman had a great voice for the blues. Nice tribute from Warren.
One of the best guitarist playing in today's world. It's Greg Allmans Birthday and Warren Hayes is singing" Mellissa

Great guitarist
Great singer
Great lyricist
Great human being
I have tons of respect for this gentleman.
Warren is the man! He is one of the best to come along in many years. Go see any show that he is involved with, and you will not be disappointed.

Agreed, he is the real deal.
I agree...he's such a class act as musician and person

Fully agree and let’s not forget Jack Pearson. Check out the All My Friends live CD. Truly amazing tribute to Gregg and the ABB.
God bless Gregg Allman’s soul. May he rest in peace.
Amen
Wow. I haven't thought about this song in decades. Loved it. Still love it. This is a very special song. Oh my.
Tear up every time I hear this song.
Melissa is my Mona Lisa in music. And only Warren can handle Da Vinci and Michelangelo! I`m so deeply touched! Thanx for sharing!

Written by Steve Alamo and Gregg Allman
Gregg wrote the song, Alamo gets a credit due to a business deal well chronicled in different books. Gregg was not happy the way it worked out, but his hands were tied.
@@0066keith I stand corrected! Thx
@0066keith Two completely different songs - I mixed up writing credits of Melissa - it was Jessica where Betts came in.
Carry on The Great Southern !
No one will ever sing this like Gregg did, not even the great Warren Haynes!
Wow. I miss my friend, Gregg Allman 😢
One of these days hopefully before you retire, I'll get to play some music with you!
Make me tear up
Beautiful
Time to put that Brothers 50 band back together and tour that monster.

Where was this
Looks like the orange peel in Asheville . Saw lot's of amazing show's at The Peel 😊
Find a more humble amazing Guitar Player then Warren Haynes.
He’s even better than given credit for.
Were is Tal 🙄
How many friggin' amps does a guy really need? Geez.
Twenty
Hate him singing Gregs songs. Didnt even show up for the funeral. Use your own material.
?????
You'll get over it.
FYI I believe I saw in a video that Warren was in Europe when Greg passed! Was great that Dickey and Greg made up before Greg passed!

I like Haynes but the govt. mule show I recently saw wasn't that good. I prefer abb.
