Miles is one of my favorite vocalists that's able to tap into that special place. What I mean is, you wouldn't expect him to belt and have pipes like he does if you heard his speaking voice! Also is such a humble dude.
I love how slash doesnt showboat. He stays out of the way when sitting in, plays for the song, steps up when its his time, then can easily duck out of the way of the band he is sitting in with. He is a tasteful musician that way. Always shows respect. Now that he is embracing his blues roots.. Hes just going to get better and better..
@@youropionmattersnot They are musicians and peers in the industry. They aren’t in a competition. He respects Warren. I think Warren respects Saul. If you ever saw him sit in with Les Paul, or BB King, he is very respectful to other musicians and they are very respectful to him. It isnt a competition man. This isnt football. Its da bloooooooose!
I remember buying Warren's true Blues album then hitting that mark up with The Allman Bros Band. First time hearing Uncle Slash and cousin Miles Rock it for Santa. Lol 😢😢😢
What a great song waren hayes great musician miss him derek trucks playing together playing music is meant to be enjoyed peace out an let your soulshine 😊😊😊😊❤
Telluride blues and brews maybe...1999? Warren Haynes brings out his 14 year nephew. And this little kid gets on stage and proceeds to melt 30,000 faces. Epic moment.
@@fircykfircyk488 OK I'll take the bait. Slash is a phenomenal player, but a 212 combo is not a couple Marshall stacks. I'd rather hear some less gain and more tone, but as far as rhythm sometimes less is more, and that is just my opinion. He was enjoying himself and plays with passion, which I love. I guess I was expecting something different. The fact he was on that stage with these guys speaks for itself. I am thinking about buying his new album, but I'll have to hear some more before I buy it. I buy CD's still for now and always try to support the artists i am drawn to. Yeah and there was also a little whiskey involved.
Slash did blues for a while back in the day after GnR and he just put out a really great blues album. I'm pretty sure he's headlining this SERPENT tour of blue music...
Two of the best guitar players of all time!!!!! Warren and Slash🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Been there for decades.

He's on stage with Warren Haynes.....he knows he's outmatched.

He's standing in front of Warren and the other dude. 😕
That Magnavox tone😉 slash uses sounds awful please go back to Marshall

I think Warren’s bassist showed up to the audition and just said: “Dude….look at me.”
Slash is God!
Fantástic

Trumpppppppppppp 🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇮🇱🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
What the heck is slash playing with all that wild strumming?
WTF!?!?
✌💀👍🎸🎼🎶🎵🔥🇺🇸
G and R was a great band in it's time, but...I think Slash is on the wrong stage. Bless Warren Haynes and his love of all things music.
Growth as a musician I suppose? This was not a great song FOR SLASH but the other blues material he has put out is pretty awesome.
G n R still brings in the big bucks and name recognition!
Absolutely. Warren and Myles are in another league. Was Slash playing in the same key?
It's slash's serpent tour! He brought all these blues guys out to open for him on the tour. So, it's definitely his stage.
Are you kidding me??? Slash rules!
That PRS look awful on stage. What a gross design..
Just play a regular Telecaster ..
Fender design it with perfection.
Horrible sawing away on guitar in this case. Sorry.
Slash needs to get the Marshalls back. His tone here is so thin and meaningless.
Slash overplaying his solo. Warren is a much more tasteful player
Dude`s about to learn it in this tour, hear me out. he`s playing is growin into some real blues stuff
That is Slash’s style. That is the beauty of this. Someone like Slash can come out on stage and jam with Warren.
That why they call him “Slash” he overplays every solo …. Slashing it, it’s cool.! The tone tells it all , Warren’s tone =amazing
Slash looks as out of place as the Pope at a crack house.
Meh…never liked this song….Slash? Nope.
Slash’s solo was terrible. Sorry.
Way to ruin something great, have Myles turn up
I think Myles carries his weight.
Slash does the blues? Did he wake up on the wrong end of the bed? Heavy handed blues. Just trying to earn some friends.

@@Corrow20 Premier Guitar just yesterday,&/10, interviewed Slash did a band rig rundown, and a hour and a half video also was posted of the same band.
Snoozefest, sorry
I gotta give Slash props..... I have never heard such a thin toneless tone coming out of a Les Paul.
Even an unplugged Les Paul?
