Bought this about 2 months ago in black. Absolutely love it.
Took off the stickers, put some Cult/Vans Gum colored 110PSI tires on it, Cult/Vans Gum colored grips, put on a Shadow Odin stem, and a Shadow Sabotage Sprocket. Definitely will be riding this a lot. I'm 39 and just got back into BMX... Now there's no looking back.

Edit: Also forgot I added a Shadow Interlock 1/8" Chain V2 (Silver).
Thanks for this post. I’m 34 and looking to get back into bmx and looking at this bike to be my introduction back to bmx. The Robinson, Haro and GTs of our youth are no longer the best options I’m finding

Just snagged the Colony Premise from Dans Comp while it was on sale for my son. Been out the game for over 20 years and used to ride a lot of dirt and with my son taking interest in riding I had to brush up my knowledge some haha cuz times definitely have changed big time and after watching some of your videos it helped pick out a solid setup for him so thanks for that! Awesome to see Dans Comp still around and thriving as that's where I used to buy all my stuff from when I was a kid. Talk about a walk down memory lane!

Great bike, you may need to change the stem if you want to fit a gyro, I had to because it didn't have enough clearance for the travel when applying the brake but it might depend which gyro you use.

The whip is way better than the gap. The only differences between the whip and whip xl is the xl has a 21” top tube and 9.25” bars vs. a 20.5” top tube and 9”
Hi everyone.. i was wondering which complete bmx bike have the loudest sounding hub assembled? Are there complete bikes outthere with elite hubs or is that all custom bike builds?😅
There’s the new 2024 WTP Envy with the Seismic Cassette hub and its loud. Very good bike just expensive because of all the aftermarket parts on it but worth it! Hub is also loud like the Profile casette hubs. I have it on my park/trail bmx bike.

So what i learned by reading is that: Hi Ten steal is in fact as strong as CroMo. The difference is weight. Hi Ten steel has to be thicker to have the same strength as CroMo. I just bought a Subrosa Tiro. I highly doubt that they want to put their name on something that is prefred as "garabage". It could be heat treated high tensile steel. However i have done some upgrades to the bike. New wheels, new steam. I bought a bike to ride with my 8 year old son (am 46). I won't come near doing a crazy jump - bunny hop at tops. Oh and as a pressure tester CroMo weak point is the welding
Are there any 20” top tube completes with a full chromoly frame ? Or a 20” top tube full chromoly frame at all ?
Nope :/ you don’t get a full chromoly frame until 20.5 from what I could find. The fit park xs is a trimoly 20.00” frame but that’s as close as I can find
