There was one day, I was so upset and depressed. I took a lift and a lady smile at me with so much sincerity and greeted me good morning. Just that made me cheer up and felt loved. I was surprised myself on how I felt at that moment. She changed how I start my day. 😊Smile and greet, admiring nature that you see on your way out, listening to the birds chirping, looking at the birds flying in the sky, talking to your beautiful plants while watering them, feeling the wind with your eyes closed, listening to silence, looking in the eyes of your partner and lock that eye contact at random moments are some things that you should not take for granted. Just sharing things that made me feel truly happy. 😊
I just was shocked with the realization that I'd seen several hearts today and didn't realize it until I thought about this podcast. And, all but one of the five things I'd decided I wanted today happened exactly as I wanted them to. It's amazing how powerful it is to recognize (and to remember) that everything happens for a reason and that we are all connected.
So loved this session, serendipity but had never thought about creating scencrenicity. This has happened so many times with my mum I’ve thought … I must call my mum… then she calls I totally love Mel’s insights and love the science connection to reason !
Mel does have shorts out there & I listen to the long form versions in chunk on the way into work, after work, or listen to the entirety on the weekends (usually Sunday mornings to reset from last week & reorient myself for the upcoming one-just my suggestion🤷🏼♀️)
sometimes I take it by the segments that Mel puts together in one podcast. I agree and maybe Mel would consider breaking these into each little segment. I noticed she is bringing forward interviews from the past.
I love these longer videos for when I’m working on cleaning up the house or other home projects.
Same ♡
Me too ! I prefer the longer vids :)

…or intentionalize: the action and mindset to effect and manifest out of reality.

I love your videos and work, but I don’t have time for 2 hour videos. Would you ever consider videos that are a bit shorter?
I totally agree. One tip that helps a little bit is to increase the playback speed. 😊

I'm the same, I get excited and inspired to see a notification. I see the length and I just don't have the time.
@@christinelangin7209 chunking it up - that’s smart!

Random acts of kindness is not a suggestion where I am. It is a requirement if you want to live and not be harassed, stalked or talked bad about.
Ouch, where do you live?
Loving yourself is narcissistic and narcissism is bad :)
You can't love another until you have self love. Esteem.
