I also struggle hard to get out of bed in the morning for the same reasons as Tim. I sleep with my headphones in listening to podcasts. I’ve always attributed both issues to my ADHD.

The 5 second rule is amazing. I started to use every time I feel procrastinating. Just few minutes ago. I did not feel do the dishes. But I have to so started 5, 4, 3, 2 at two I was with the gloves on.
I do the exact same thing with listening to books at night. I put the book timer on for 15 - 30 minutes; and normally fall to sleep before the timer ends. If I wake up in the middle of the night and don’t immediately fall asleep I will reset the book timer and go back to what I last remember hearing. I use my AirPod turned down low and only put one AirPod in at a time. When one dies I switch it out to the charged one.
There's a book called The Gilded Nexus of Prosperity, and it talks about how using some secret techniques you can attract a lot of money, it's not some bullshit law of attraction, it's the real deal
Insomnia sucks. I 've learn ed to day sleep & work at night because it's SO QUIET. I can photograph UFOs, sunset & rises. Works for my insomnia. Work from home.
Pain doesn't help substance disorders. They just kill the pain with more meth. Unfortunately, stuck in Oregon over inheritance. Meth capital of USA. Thank the Universe for you to keep me sane Mel🤝👍❤️😘❣️‼️
Maybe splitting them up- its okay to watch 20 mins here or there aka maybe while your getting ready right in the morning or getting ready for bed!! Small Progress is still progress and dont feel pressure to watch in one go!
Please Mel I think you should address the fact that someone is trying to act like you do falsely. The person uses the same photo as yours and he/she is giving us his/her contact for whatev reasons
If every single video of yours weren't an hour+ long, I'd actually watch them. I don't have the time, nor do many others, to sit & listen to a rich person blather endlessly on how to better ourselves. Most of us work 2 or more jobs just to survive. If you really want to help us, shorten your videos - ffs

I don’t do a book, but I do play pbs space time or something I’m super familiar with, that’s long. But I should do a book because there’s no ads!

I don’t always get a good nights sleep which effects how well I can get up in the morning. Also going to bed too late can mess me up too.
CALM is in my ear all night. Sleep stories/MUSIC 😍 Thank you Mel for all of your guidance. Getting out of bed is really HARD for me as well.
