I saw the eye rolling too, and then he realized he did it on camera and pretended to be looking to the heavens. What a repugnant tool. So glad the kid can still enjoy his sports

Would it be fair to say that eventually,mr.brooks(or whatever he wants to be called)will be rolling his eyes , thumping his heart(is there actually one in his chest???)rolling his eyes when his bed and breakfast buddies retaliate and he feels physical pain?what will his objection be?he killed 6 people, one being a child.i don't think some of his"friends"will let that slide.
He does it over and over again through all of the victim impact statement. To mothers who’s child he killed.
How the defendant rolls his eyes during part of this man's testimony is just a blatant showing of disrespect for what's he's done and the hurt he's caused. Despicable
He need his butt kicked real good, in the worst way!🤬
It’s despicable to call others despicable
Hopefully the deFENdant gets placed with bubba, bubba loves him some Shrek's offenders
He’s worse than despicable. He is garbage. He is the dirt that dogs poop on. Karma is a wonderful thing He will get what he deserves.
@@Meatrocket69 that’s despicable
What a wonderful, well-spoken young man. His mother looks very proud, and she should.
100%. He did a great job . Broke my heart when his Mom started crying.
"Acknowledge your sainthood." That was so heartwarming, I loved this moment. And I agree with him, the judge is truly a compassionate, smart and fair human being.
His heart is almost as beautiful as his mullet, and I am from Kentucky, the birthplace of the mullet, and that bad boy is majestic as they come. God bless you brother and I am happy you got your justice, I hope you continue to grow and find peace. You are absolutely stronger then that demon. Great speech and well spoken.
Very amazing young man for sure
Beautiful comment mate. Very well said. I know two people from Kentucky and was lucky enough to meet their family too. Wonderful, friendly, kind, fun and absolutely the salt of the earth.
All the best from 🇮🇪 👍
@@mccarthy5825 thank you my brother, hope life treats you well my friend, and if you ever get to Harlan County, hit me up on here and we will have a good time

He would be a king in Australia
This judge is a saint. Honestly if we had a judge like her everywhere in this country, our judicial system would be much much fair.
Hope she pays his law School tution. He always wanted to be a lawyer.
She could ask for ppl Donate money to pay for his scholarship
That is not true at all. She may be super nice or a saint whatever you want to call her, but she was not impartial in that trial. Many objections were granted that shouldn't have and many times she dismissed objections from Brooks when it was nearly identical to ones she just granted for the prosecution. I know Brooks was a headache and a lot to deal with so she just lumps every instance into him manipulating the court but every objection should be heard and thought about clearly before rushing to just allow or deny because most of the time his claims were baseless seeing that at times he objected every question.
@@lynncooper951 your IRRELEVANT.
@@lynncooper951 BS I hate the US ‘justice system’ but his objections were ridiculous & unfounded. He could only remember two words, ‘grounds’ & ‘here-say’ but more than half the time they didn’t apply. He was just wasting time before going to prison. Frankly I wish that cop would have just shot him point blank at the parade & saved us all this nonsense. A person who doesn’t even have a good command of the English language shouldn’t be able to represent themselves. I actually have been railroaded in State of WI court & I can tell you this judge is a shining example of what a judge SHOULD be. I wish I would have been before this judge rather than the corrupt people I had to deal with.
brooks clapping after everyone is done like they are performing a movies scene. What a weirdo.
So disrespectful
He's the lowest of the low.
Aww that was beautiful. I loved how he acknowledged he didnt understand the process and was frustrated, but learned about it to know what Judge Dorrow was doing to avoid a mistrial.
I love this young man, and I love that Judge Durrow was given credit for the incredible restraint she used in order to make sure the defendant would have zero grounds for appeal.
What a wonderful, well spoken young man. I hope the verdict will finally bring some closure and peace to his life.
He's proof that one shouldn't judge a book by looking at the cover. Very impressive.
Totally agree
Need to give a murder guy a dead penalty and do oil next month to save taxpayers money. We don't need that bad person in this world
Need to post all peoples he killed in his shelter then he can see 24 7. Give him dead penalty and use a truck like he used to kill peoples on his penalty
Agree with you! He is a humble young man. He took a horrible incident & turned it into something positive.
Ugh the constant eye rolling just shows how much of a horrible human that “man” is. Dude made an amazing, heartfelt and honest speech and all he can do is roll his eyes. I truly hope he rots in prison
So do I! What a scumbag! No remorse at all!
That's not a man, that's a demon
How lovely for him to take the time to thank those involved in the legal process, the Judge and court staff and the court support dog......Pepper.....its heart warming. The true meaning of community . Should never have been needed but looks like it has been so important to healing.
I absolutely agree, it took way too long due to the absolutely abominable man that is the Defendant, but that thanks was much needed for all these beautiful people that had to stay calm against this HEINOUS monster.
I never thought I would be taking the side of a man with a mullet lol but he did amazing…
Ditto I am glad to see this guy is getting on with his life, to best he can💖
He definitely earned the right to wear that mullet with pride haha
Baseball & Hockey players are the only ones that I'll give a mullet pass to...

@@MysticMountainGems bahaha I live in WV, but I’ve never heard that one! 😂😂
This young man has it figured out. THIS is how you defeat a raging narcissist. Move forward, redirect your energy & go on *thriving* ! Being left out, not being acknowledged is what kills them. 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾
I absolutely loved the second quote about "letting go of his throat." Nobody has to forgive this monster. His actions of running over people were obviously horrendous. His actions in court have been equally as bad.
The killing part was worse
Thanks for re-quoting that, I didn't understand the "throat" word, and now I get it.
God said if you don't forgive you won't be forgiven
@@Bigp498 So, your god will condemn the victims that lost their loved ones to this murderer if they can't bring themselves to forgive him for murdering them? Doesn't sound like a god that's worthy of worship.
@@andrewcurley5006 if only you knew who God is and what he has done, but you wouldn't understand now, until He came upon you that would change that mindset you got of Him, their is only 1 True God and everlasting, powerful, the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last, the beginning and the end, all these other weak gods you talk about, bow down to the king Almighty God 🙏
Mr. Pudleiner is a sweetheart. I have no words. I'm glad he is okay. He will go on to bless so many people's lives, despite what that monster tried to do. He stayed strong and managed to pull through. I hope they lock that clown away forever so the victims never have to suffer his disgusting visage another moment.
That Judge needs to be Praised by Everyone, not only in her community, and Wisconsin, but by All of America. Seeing her cut Brooks down to size, and allowing all of the Families that he has affectedly harm patronize him, that shows how True & Real she is.
And how she refused to give into Brooks’ antics to stall and delay the trial more speaks volumes about what Judge Dorow was all about!
@@BryonYoungblood maybe I watched a different trial and of course I can be wrong but his antics did stall the trial for hours…
@@thesun-N-moon8885What I mean is the litigation process and wasting the courts’ time.
I'm from Scotland and have been watching some of this trial. I can honestly say I think she is amazing. Her patience is beyond my comprehension. So, not only in America is she praised...even here her work is appreciated.
@@tracyrain4941 From an American to a Scot, as long as we show the same amount of Discipline & Tolerance in our Justice Systems, the World would be a much better place to live in.
Totally agree with him. I was also angry at the judge at some points. How little I knew. I learned a lot during this trial, kudos to the judge and the prosecution.
Many of the speeches had me bawling but THIS one was on a whole different level I wasn’t expecting!!! This young man is a shining star in a dark world. He’s going to have an amazing future and I absolutely wish him nothing but the best! Keep on rocking Tyler!!!
I have gained so much admiration and respect for this young man in such a short amount of time. Seeing and hearing what he went through and using that experience to help others takes not only a lot of courage and dedication, but a big, big heart. This is made abundantly clear in Tyler's statement and visual aides, working with young baseball players and doing his best to help others, despite being a victim himself. We need more people like this young man.
I have worked as a doctor on prisoners but Brooks is a narcissist and his disrespect of the victims and families of victims is even beyond what I would have expected. I watched how he continuously disrespected the court/jurors and the legal process My heart goes out to the whole community and especially the victims of Brook’s actions. I have tears in my eyes for all the trauma and loss suffered by the community perpetrated by Brooks who drove like a madman because he was going to be charged with battery on his pregnant girlfriend while out on bail for other crimes. This is a career criminal who doesn’t deserve rehabilitation. He deserves life in prison without the possibility of parole.
I hope that if you’re his doctor, you inject him with mercury
EP wasn't pregnant when he ran her now. Thank goodness!
This man has a huge heart. The witness, I mean.
The convicted meanwhile looks so angry. An absolute monster. So glad he is off the streets.
“You can mark it down in your Bible if you want” Fantastic burn for DB and letting him know that everyone sees through his disrespect for this Book by using it as a prop during the trial.
I am sorry for his loss. And I am thankful for that glorious mullet.
Loved this young man's testimony. His strength to move on and find a good, new life with friends, his family and his team mates in a loving community contrasts so keenly with the dead end, going nowhere life that Brooks will find locked away in prison. "Do not be overcome by evil..." a fitting quote which will continue to sustain him as he continues on his journey towards health and happiness. Well done Tyler. From a Mum and Grandma in the UK.
Observing the Brooks' behavior is a true reminder of what a waste of skin this individual is.
(cannot use Mr. in his title because he certainly is not a MAN, in any way)
This kid will help more people in his life, his future, than he'll ever know.
He literally did a great job explaining how we all felt throughout the trail. N great he’s thanking her like we’d all like to. Great man
Wow! That young man is going places. You can tell from his words how much love and kindness he has in his heart.
This is a perfect example of not judging a book by it's cover. I saw the mullet & thought "oh this isn't gonna be good" & expected him to sound like a redneck. I instantly felt ashamed of myself when he started to speak. He was so eloquent, respectful, sweet & soft spoken. I hope he fully recovers from his physical & mental trauma. What a great guy!!
Very well spoken young man.
He thanked virtually everyone but Brooks. What's up with that? Seriously, he thanked a dog, a literal dog and refused to acknowledge Brooks. This whole thing would not have happened if not for him so show a little respect.
He has a mullet in 2022...
@@88Crager So?

@@88Crager He has that because he has a great personality, not to look good. It's amazing you can't figure that out. Your brain is a mullet.
I love this young man! His mama raised him right!
I think this statement was very powerful. Instead of using his statement to berate and condemn the defendant, he showed that he overcame and recovered from the tragedy, and he is enjoying life to the fullest DESPITE brooks. I feel that this will eat at the monster more than the condemnation would.
Tyler did an amazing job with his statement. A man of integrity. I hope he is graced with healing and memories that feel like a very distant past. And that now he gets to enjoy his life with zeal.
You can just feel how Tyler may have been mad at Judge Dorow understandably, he also realized that she was doing the best she could and his statement shows he realized that.
The look on Brook's face at 3:33 is f**kin' despicable...
Shows the monster he is. Had ZERO, absolutely ZERO remorse, empathy, or conscience about what he had done. The hurt he caused all the victims involved doesn't affect him at all. He is heartless
A demon like that deserves to have their eyes poked so that they walk this earth in sensory purgatory.
This young man embodies the definition of moral character.
This man said what many of us were thinking. Kudos to him, and I thank him for expressing how most of us feel.
He is so sweet. Wish him all the best! Amazing young man
How about the fact that the defendant not only has the life sentence but has to be a Meme for the rest of his life.....
And a bobblehead that is 🤣
I live in Australia and have traveled to the US four times. Up until this horrific murderous act I had never heard of The City of Waukesha. I have literally fallen in love with a City I've never been to. Waukesha is definitely on my travel plans in the future. I wanna have a beer with this young man. He's amazing.
This entire trial has wrapped a cold chain around my heart in terms of faith in humanity but this is what broke it. This well-spoken, strong-willed, and emotionally mature young man who has endured far too much had let his authenticity shine. He took very little time to speak down on the defendant. He took the court through his personal journey without stooping to negativity. Overcome evil with good- his first quote rings true in every word of this video.
I love Tyler. What a class act ♥️. Raised well by his awesome mom standing next to him.
That mom did a great job raising this young man!
What a beautiful person. Hazzard should take a look at what real victims do to move forward. Hero's all of them.
Tyler. I want to hug you so much. What a great guy you are. How well you spoke my darling sending love from 🇬🇧 the UK X
This was ABSOLUTLY AWESOME!!! Well DONE YOUNG MAN!!👏👏👏👏👏💯%--- you are ALSO A HERO!!!!
Look at all the new friends, adopted grandparents and siblings, etc., forever contacts that Tyler has made. And all the support, love and care he has amassed to support him and his family. This is a sharp contrast to the pathetic monster that sat there with hellish internal struggles that can plague him and, he gets to 'enjoy' for the rest of his miserable life.
I am very glad that a victim closure statement gives accolades to the ONE person that acquired the closure ALL parties involved. This is the first time that I have ever witnessed a verbal salute to possibly the most influential JUDGE, AMERICAN, AND PROFESSIONAL HUMAN in the most horrific Defense Display in Judicial History.
a testament of the power of mullet, he refused being broken or traumatized by brooks, he stood stronger than before. well done man
This is a strong young man. I am glad to hear his story. I hope he is proud of himself.
When it comes to the end of the trial and appeal court.. thats when you really see how great a judge actually was during a trial of this magnitude. She did tremendous work. That wasn't easy. I think she did her absolute best in this situation.
The judge will remember all of his eye rolling as she hands down his sentence.
This man is showing DB his life is better than ever despite his ruthless actions.
Ill be honest; i was a bit agitated at the judge too. To the naked eye, she allowed too much to be allowed without making repercussions. But now i see she and the States Attorneys did what they did because Brooks showed the world that he doesn't need a trial to show hes a piece of sh**. He buried himself every time he spoke.
Dear Judge, if you are reading this, you have fans as close as your neighbor, to as far as California :) We commend you for your sainthood and control of the court.
PS Dear SovTards, if youre reading this, your cause is fake. Brooks is living proof.
There are no Brooks sympathizers here lol.
Wish you so much love, joy and success in life Tyler! Much love from South Africa to you and everyone directly affected ❤
Her smile. Its so wholesome. Shes truly an angle of a judge.
What an absolute gentleman Tyler is.
Side shoutout to The Milwaukee Brewers for their support and fund raising for these families. They raised over 3 million dollars for Waukesha and invited many of the kids to the ball park to hang out with the team. ❤

Wow! I've never heard a victim apologize to a judge for being impatient and not understanding the process. Thanking everyone the way he did was bar none the best appreciation for the court, prosecution team and other support systems I've ever seen. And he's right. They all did a remarkable job. Judge Dorrow was outstanding in making sure there is 0 chance anything could go on appeal. Her patience is much to be admired. Many lawtube lawyers I watch said they don't know if they could have conducted themselves as a judge like she did. I hope she gets full recognition by her peers and those over her. The world watched. The Parkland shooter judge should learn from her on how to conduct herself. No one was near as difficult in that case as Brooks. All I can say here is bravo! 👏♥️👏
Bingo, Judge Scherer can take a page out of Judge Dorow's playbook. At the end of the day, I think the hammer chosen by the universe is suited for the nail.
Also, that is quite a pulchritudinous female creature in your profile picture.
Truly amazing young man
Brooks is amazing but he's not that young. I was never a big Brooks fan before this parade incident, but in the aftermath his handling of this case has inspired me to go back to law school and practice in the manner he set forth. Just amazing.
Tyler has the right attitude and mindset. Glad to see he is healing and hope he does great things in his life. He clearly is a leader within his community.
I can ABSOLUTELY understand his frustration with the process of how this trial was going...... probably along with many other viewers. For me, I guess it wasn't so much Judge Dorow that was the problem but the court of appeals. UNFORTUNATELY, this judge and this prosecution has to tiptoe on eggshells just to make this a fair trial for the defendant. As frustrating and mind-numbingly arrogant as the defendant was, Judge Dorow, maintained professionalism and a meticulous nature that is truly unmatched!! I wish all the victims of this tragedy my heartfelt prayers and respect for your strength, your courage, and your endurance as a community. Peace to you all.....and God bless 🙏🙏.
Tyler, you’re one strong young fella. Amazing job of not letting his antics affect your amazing speech. Much love from PA, brotha.
Prayers to this young man and all the victims 🙏
Ah yes , the quote at the end. Spot on.
……..I agree, this judge is definitely intelligent and quick on her feet. Well done.
Where are those supposedly to speak on Brooks behalf….didn’t he say there were MANY to talk for him?
Didn't they say 20
They'll be after victims
Only 3 maximum
That was heart-rending. On another note, I cannot write what I am thinking about the piece of crud in the handcuffs; it wouldn't be allowed.
What a wonderful young man.
Show me someone who openly says that they have been wrong, and I will show you someone who will end up being right. The ability to self critique and to learn is one of the MOST valuable and honourable traits there is.
So glad he will never be allowed out of prison. So glad. Wishing all of Waukesha a very Merry Christmas 🎄❤
