Who does he think he is? Did he really ask the judge "are you asking me or telling me to be quiet?" He really has a lot of nerve and appears to be confused about where he is and what little power or control he actually has!
By allowing Brooks to think he was in control of the courtroom, Judge Jennifer Dorow gave Darrell. Brooks just handed him all the rope he needed to hang himself. Brooks has a zero chance of winning any appeal.

I was actually talking to my wife about this case the other day. I don't think I've ever seen a prosecutor go out of their way to bring a fair trial. Both the prosecution team and the judge should be commended for their conduct.

They wanted this case airtight. I see no appeal surviving much further beyond filing. Frustrating to watch but also valuable. This case will be taught in classrooms years from now for many reasons. None more important than how to deal with an impossible pro se defendant. Unfortunately, much of what occurred in this court during this trial cannot be taught in law school. It must be taught at home at an early age.

The Court: We find you Not Guilty.

He always has to have the last word. I’m glad he was found guilty on all charges.
Finally! Someone put him in his place and acknowledged how nice the judge/court has been to him. I'm so tired of this guy and really hope the jury doesn't take long putting him away.
everyone knows where it's going but him. also, no chance of appeal

Standing ovation, Ms. Opper. Brooks-not-Brooks is making it so difficult for everyone - including himself.

It’s only Brooks if the “B” is capitalized and the other letters are lowercase. What a nut!!!!!!
I do not consent being called that 😂😂😂😂😂
This prosecutor should be the judge!!! Well said. You can tell she is very agitated with his behavior and outbursts. She is fighting for justice for these families who deserve to see him under the jail. He needs to take accountability for what he has done and suffer the consequences. Praying for all the victims and their families. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️
She would definitely keep more order.
No Judge Dorow did a fine job.
@@s.tiffanysmith9977 judge Dorow kept enough order without ever losing her patience or her cool
This Judge has the patience of Job 💯
The Prosecutor called DB out on his ridiculous behavior, and he objects. Omg too funny, he makes a fool out of himself every chance he gets. BRAVO to the PROSECUTION 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏
This is soooo good! The judge couldn’t agree more so she has NOTHING to pin point!!!! I love this. So respectful but she really shut that dirt bag!
Wonderful prosecution here and judge, I really do believe that they are some of the good people in the system. The male prosecutor is very handsome and the judge is pretty and they are classy, smart, and educated. Wow we need them to be an example of how they should all be. They are very inspiring because they are just simply the best. Coming from a recovering addict who recently relapsed and is dealing with the system oh man do we need this level of professionalism here.
“Are you asking me to be quiet or telling me ? “ WOW 😯
Right on! Mr Brooks is not the victim! I’m so glad she spoke up!
This is the longest "open-and-shut case" I've ever seen.
" Open and shut waste of time and tax dollars".
@@Elo-hv3fw Yeah. Initially, Brooks spoke with the public defender who explained that it was an open-and-shut case, and whacked-out Brooks refused to accept it. So, he decided to act as his own attorney. What a dumpster fire this has been.
I am so sorry for the victims and the family of this horrible crime. This is horrible, and the judge and DA have been so patient. Convict already.
We need to improve our judicial system to make cases like this get streamlined. One small 1 trial, straight to prison for life and you don't get to step outside of that prison for the rest of their miserable worthless life.
Mass murder does not deserve due process, they get the full weight of society shitting on them until they are dead.
I get this guy is bad but acting like the U.S. court system is non fallible is a joke in itself. Laws are for the poor.
@@evolicious it's not for us to deny ANYONE due process. Habeas Corpus, due process, and the understanding of innocence until proven guilty are the backbone of justice in this country. To selectively remove them would be unconstitutional and breed terrible results.
@@evolicious That will never work, and is an absolutely horrid idea, enough innocent people get sent to prison.. Your way of doing things would just fill the prisons with innocent people.
I watched the video of him plowing through those people,he was flying what a sorry piece of crap he is ,he shows no remorse all bout himself,I've seen a lot of people like him, cold cruel with no respect for life, since they have no death penalty there I hope the judge throws the book at him,u don't have to give him 200 years or what ever, just give him 99 years and one day with no parole, that will seal the deal for this crip,he will never see daylight for the 99 years will seal it for him and the key is the one day,no one but no lives to see that day
After him being chastised for repeatedly objecting and prosecution apologizing for her tone…at 4:48:
“I object to that”
DA gives meaningful heartfelt speech, Darrell Brooks: I object to that 😭😭
his sheepish "I object to that" after her tirade about his nonsense objects and disrespect was just precious. You're such a sharp little 'lawyer' mr brooks 😂
Hey wait I just realized he's been silent during her rant! Yassssss!
Cuz he was being put in his place, finally!!!!
The judge hasn’t done that one time!
He was busy googling the word “Obstruct”
Except for the "HA"
Sue Opper came in to one of my Criminal Justice Classes to talk abt her position with the state of Wisconsin and we discussed her being on the case with Mr. Brooks that was coming up (this was prior to the trial starting)
Miss Opper is a badass woman! She is exactly what you would expect. A woman in power that takes names and plays no games. She is an advocate for our states side which is great because this woman will fight for the victims like no other, and on the flip side of that, you wouldn’t want to be on the defense side against her
As soon as he said asking or telling she could have said let’s get this straight this is my court room and I can tell you to be quiet whenever I want!!
This has been my favorite part of the trial. I so much needed to hear someone in that courtroom speak the truth about his behavior. Ultimately it did not change a thing as the judge continued to coddle him and let him control the room but great to hear!
She's not coddling him. She's making sure she's not going against his rights so that he won't be able to ask for a mistrial because of bias and such. She's allowing him to dig his own grave here.
Didn't he also kill a 5 year old child? You'd never know the way he gets treated in court.
There are rules and procedures the judge has to follow, she has to maintain a certain way regardless of what t his murder says and does. If she crosses that line he's trying to put her over she could be reprimanded, she could be removed from the bench. He could get a retrial, which will take more time from the courts. More money from budgets. As well as making the victims and their families repeat such a painful process.
@@frostieschocopop I don't think she has to be nicer than his mother however.
I'm sure she's overcompensating in order to make sure he can't use the excuse that he didn't get a fair trial to survive an appeal.
