  • Amber Heard testified that she wrote the Washington Post op-ed because Johnny Depp is a powerful man. "I know how many people will come out in support of him, that's his power. That's why I wrote the op-ed," Heard said.

There is literally so much proof that she had this planned out with bad intentions: tmz, the money, the donations, the lies. But if all that isn't enough, then there is her demeanour and how she acts. Just a couple of days ago she was "crying" on the stand, and now she is attacking everyone, even those on her team. She just indirectly admitted how she hates the fact that Johnny has support and people around him, she defines that as his "power", which proves her jealousy too. Her testimony quickly changed from "it(op-ed) was never about him" to "it's because of his power and people believing him". If that's not malice then idk what is...

That part of him being "powerful" may have been the most honest she has been thus far..you can clearly hear in her voice and see in her face how much she envies the admiration that Johnny has from people...so much that she calls it power..because that's what she drives for...she feels if she has as much admiration it's like power she has over these people. She wanted to take that from him so badly that in her marriage to him she wasnt trying to get him sober or help him to depend less on drugs, she wasn't at all acting like someone who loves her husband...her actions were quite vindictive...taking pictures of him when he was asleep...making videos of him when he was clearly distraught...no woman no matter how upset she is with her husband, if she loves him , behaves in that manner. This is the smoking gun for Johnny Depp's case. The whole reason he filed the case against her was because she wrote it about him, whether indirectly or partially. Camille Vasquez managed to catch her out once again, and in Amber's frustration, she angrily admitted that she wrote the Op-Ed due to Johnny Depp being a "powerful figure" protected by the establishment.
It took to the final day to get her to concede she has lost the case, and I sincerely hope the jury panel agree unanimously next week. As for Camille Vasquez and Johnny's lawyers... Well, what can I say. They've achieved what Johnny set out from the start: To have his voice heard publicly and win the court of public opinion, even if he loses the case.

Wow Camille is just the smartest. She made Amber spill out that the Op-ed was in fact about Johnny. She said it out twice. And the fact that Camille knew she had brought it out of her but chose to not react to it, because reacting to that or questioning that would lead to Amber trying to cover it up and change her answer once again. That is just brilliant. So now she can just point that out during her closing statement (just in case if the jury hasn't noted that). And boom. Case closed. Actually Johnny has won now!
