Modern tart with lemon cream and strawberry jelly
Today I propose you a classic of our desserts such as strawberries and lemon in a modern way, tart with lemon cream and strawberry jelly.
A very simple recipe, but with a great effect
These are the ingredients:
For the Sablè with rectangular mold measuring 26.5 cm x 10.5 cm
175 g 00 flour
25 g almond flour
80 g cold butter
60 g icing sugar
1 g salt
1/2 vanilla bean or 1/2 teaspoon extract
25 g eggs
For the lemon cream:
2 egg yolks
Zest of 1 organic lemon
60 g of organic lemon juice
40 g of corn starch
110 g of sugar
190 g of milk
For the strawberry jelly:
250g of strawberries
Juice of half a lemon
30 g of sugar
4 g of gelatine
