Honestly I almost quite playing guitar because of this guy. I thought if I can't play like that then whats the point. That was 5 years ago and I'm proud to say I've gotten a little better :)

I admired Jerry Donahue as a guitarist very much, he seem so unassuming but you know he's badass guitar player at heart.

@davemurrayrocks i love classical style guitar, sometimes when you focus on playing a certain way thats uncommon to how you normally play it can open doors to new creativity, wider necks are also good exercise for your fingers

yer i agree there should be a system in place to stop them from being viewable until they have processed

after getting a few, I must say it is a great tool to have! But doing pinch harmonics with them takes a while to get used to.

There should never be someone hammering a dogma into another's head only "whatever works for you man" and "just make sure you're not wasting anything"

i know how he feels i hate playing guitar classical style because the point of guitar is to play the way it feels comfortable to you not how the right way is cause there is no right way perfect example is Marty Friedman because he picks really weird but hes a vituoso

it gotta hurt like hell if a string snaps when you're bending behind the nut...
Not just on a guitar O_o

It's just very annoying; "New video up! *clicks only to see the red bar of annoyance*"

The irony of this video is that he talks about how he only learned the one nut-bend from the guy, and that's all he learned from him and how disappointed he was when that's all he got. I know how he feels, cuz I came here to learn all of these nut-bending techniques, and I only got the one technique. LOL!!! He, Andy Aledort, and Zakk Wylde should collaborate on an instructional DVD on nut-bending, pre-bends, and basically non-whammy whammy techniques. I'd be first in line to buy it.
