Isn't it incredible that someone who deliberately murdered a bunch of innocent people sits there with his hard, evil, hate-filled face, talking about his rights? What about the rights of the innocents who he deprived of life? He should NEVER see the light of day again.

Slow down Lori. Everyone has rights, even evil people. If we start denying the rights of people based on whatever, nobody's rights will be respected. He's not going to get away with what he did, and in this specific court case the system is working. The real failure isn't respecting his rights: it's that he was let out on bail on his previous offense when he should have been in jail awaiting trial. If you're a citizen of Wisconsin please talk to your state representatives and let the Governor know you want much more strict bail conditions.

Judge Dorow was the perfect person to adjudicate this case. The patience she displayed was unmatched. She dealt with so much more than what the bar can actually prepare you for. All the kudos to her.

She was being so patient and actually trying to help protect his true image from the jury to the best of her ability, but eventually his character was shown for what is was regardless of the judge's attempts. He buried himself.
Letting him represent himself, and the judge allowing him to go off on those vicious tirades was the BEST decision she could have made. The jury got to see the REAL him, and not the angelic, innocent, and "woe is me I'm a broken soul" character a seasoned lawyer would have made him out to be.

It's no defense at all. That woman barely looks older than 21 and she is in her 30s. I can't imagine her looking like anything but a child at 15. Even if she said she was 18, it must have been incredibly obvious that she wasn't.

I think PC culture is at play. Normal procedure would have somebody who is that disruptive removed from court. He would get several opportunities before he would eventually get removed and a new council for the defence would be appointed.

Society has really gone backwards with PC culture. Just watch the trials of Bundy and you will see how no nonsense the judges are with outbursts, but today, it's more about pandering to abusive narcissistic defendants than any sort of justice for the victims.

I love this judge. She's doing her job soooo well. For people who don't get it, she's dignifying his rights, giving him any empathy she has and maintaining what's left of his dignity left. This will ensure the process is done right and he is tried fairly so he can't appeal. She deserves all the praise. What an incredible judge.

If he doesn’t believe he is under the jurisdiction or law of the USA, why does he keep bringing up his rights under the Constitution?
Because someone this narcissistic and evil has ZERO sense of logical consistency, much less moral integrity. Why expect otherwise from a mass murderer who's committed violent crime for decades now?
Depending on what form of sovereignty they claim to adhere to, sovereign citizens typically believe they have to abide by the Constitution and nothing else (although usually very selectively, which you no doubt find uttetly unsurprising given the evidence you've already been subjected to). For example, they typically completely ignore the second clause of Article VI of the Constitution (the Supremacy Clause), which establishes the Constitution as the law of the land and the United States Supreme Court as the ultimate authority to interpret it, but they still claim they are owed rights.
Hence the reason why no law enforcement or government official will take it seriously is because it is entirely contradictory and thus, has no merit.

This is a perfect example of “time and place for everything.” He’s using street tactics in the courtroom, and it’s hilariously out of place. He doesn’t even realize that exploding with rage and berating the judge, prosecutor, and entire trial is EXACTLY what the prosecutor wants. Just look at their faces in the first clip after he starts to wind up for another tantrum. They just sit back and say “there we go, job done for the day” 😂
His tactic is to wait for the judge to start speaking and then immediately jump in and talk over her.

When he pounds his fist and stares her down, it reminds me of Nichol Kessinger when she pitched a fit bc the agent mentioned contacting Jim AKA "Leave Jim Aloooone" whom Nikki said is her alibi. I worked with a lot of people like this. One of the most irritating things they will do, is wait for the person to speak only to cut them off. Watch how he pauses, waits for her to begin speaking, then revealing that his only interest in letting her speak is to lock her in this dull, repetitive narcissistic exercise, he shouts over her. The sooner the other person realizes this, the faster it's over. It's total prison mentality. He thinks she's either another inmate or a victim he can run roughshod over. Thankfully, she is not.
This man is a good example of narcissism. Defending his wrongs and being rude af🤦🏽♂️ the number of people who suffer from individuals like this in a relationship is outnumbered and hidden in plain sight.
You, Darrell, are truly a piece of work. You deserve a whole lot more than what US law served you. My condolences to those who died or were injured because of you. I hope your path forward is filled with horror of the most unimaginable.

Thank you for what you do! I tried unaliving 3 times. Hospital told me to go to the DV Shelter. I was so confused bc he had never physically touched me. It was there that I learned of this behavior & the effects it has on a Victim. Once out of the situation never tried again. These people are dangerous. So once again, thank you!

After the verdicts were read you could tell the judge was so relieved to know she was finally done with his shenanigans. She definitely deserves an award for keeping her cool and being so professional the. whole. Entire. Time.

He won’t be able to say a word bc she’ll end up sending him to the ‘time out’ chair in the other room. I made a comment about this guy how he handles the judge in a positive way. I regret after watching his crime video and I remember now that video of him running over I forgot he did that crime. This guy deserves to be in jail for life.

Seriously I've never personally met someone like him ever in my life. Possibly to much lesser degrees I guess, but yeah he was the first person I've ever seen (especially for soo many hours) with such totally clearcut narcissism. I feel like that term is thrown around a bit too loosely nowadays, but his case just undeniable and obvious.

I have to wonder how much wine she drinks after court lol She knew if she fed into it or stepped out if line just one inch he would have started screaming Mistrial like he did oh so professionally when the supposed juror on Reddit post came into the picture the day after the case went to the jury. He was so appalled that anyone could do something like that but not that someone could plow thru a parade of innocent ppl. Shame Wisconsin dont have the death penalty because he really deserves it!

@@Romulan2469 unfortunately since it's such a high profile case and he is so hated by even the most despicable people that walk this earth, he will most likely spend the majority of his time in prison in solitary confinement. He is a huge liability for the Wisconsin department of corrections. They, unfortunately in this case, have a duty to keep him safe and alive while in their custody. Their best option for doing so is keeping him separated from all the other inmates in solitary confinement. Not to say that he can't and/or won't be maliciously injured or murdered in solitary confinement. It can happen. But by them keeping him in solitary confinement they can say that they met their obligations in regards to his safety to the best of their abilities

He keeps asking her about "subject matter blah blah" and she just ignores him. Then he tries to get her attention "saying I know you hear me your honor, we all been having a long day etc" and she just ignores him and talks to the prosecutors, and he gets this sad look on his face lol.
