This guy is in his glory and is living for this right now. He’s brought out of his cell, he’s at the center of everybody’s attention, and all those people whose lives he changed forever are being brought in for him to “examine” at his pleasure… Each day, for hours, people whose legal educations span years or decades tailor their knowledge to be as responsive as possible to his legal gibberish. Eventually though when this circus ends, his ego is going to collapse as he realizes that whether he agrees or not, he’s inmate Brooks who’s never going out free into the world again. His lack of remorse and basic human decency when interacting with his victims are absolutely chilling.

It blows my mind that even though he's been through the criminal court process numerous times, he doesn't even possess the very basic knowledge of how proceedings work. When the prosecuting team objects & gives their reason ie relevance, argumentative, compound question, THAT reason is the grounds. The only time the prosecutors don't immediately state their grounds is when it comes to Brooks' questions regarding jurisdiction, nonsense about plaintiff, etc. The prosecutors typically don't list their grounds is bc the judge ruled that type of questioning or discussing is off limits. He continuously & erroneously throws out grounds as if that applies to the judge bc he actually thinks the judge has to justify & explain her rulings. She does not nor does any other judge. Their ruling on an objection is final.

@@JamezGrimm He’s definitely a byproduct of his upbringing. Mommy’s little angel. It’s sick how most parents of narcissists continue to coddle their adult children after the do horrific things to others. Then there’s the parents who are also narcissists themselves. My father was an abusive narcissist and so was my grandmother. No matter what awful things he did and how many people he hurt, she was always there to bail him out and make excuses for him because she didn’t want her own life to be inconvenienced in any way. I’m beyond thankful that God gave me an incredible mother who ensured that I understood that actions have consequences and raised me right. One of my first words was actually “consequence” lol. Never once did she make excuses for me, and I understood that I was to respect her rules, not just out of respect to her, but also out of respect to myself.
Proper and consistent discipline is so extremely important for a child’s healthy development. If children don’t learn that their bad actions have consequences as early as possible, this is the kind of outcome you get. Brooks’ mother created a monster, and continues to encourage his behavior by pandering to him and continuing to make him feel like he has more worth and is more special than anyone else. He doesn’t think he can do any wrong because that’s what his upbringing taught him. I won’t, and don’t, blame his mother for the lives he took, as that was his choice and his alone, but she absolutely was a vital part of him ending up in his position. The fact that people like her and people like my grandmother can keep making excuses for their adult abusive narcissist child’s abhorrent behavior is beyond my comprehension.
I LOVED when this judge took a little slight jab at Brook’s one day in reference to his mother testifying, saying she knew his mother would “OBEY” him if he wanted her to be there, based off of his prior remarks in regards to his mother doing whatever he wanted her to do. I don’t think Brooks even caught it, which made it even better lol

I had listened to the expression "I accept for value and return for value" several times, but I didn't have any idea of what lies behind it, the meaning of it all. So sovereign citizens don't pay taxes and write this to "force" the government to take the money from the straw-person account, where there is a million dollars for every single baby who is born in the USA. I knew that sovereign citizens opposed to have their names styled all in capitals, but I didn't know about the thought (or the non-thought, the conspiracy theory in any case) behind that. Having a better grasp about these issues makes me recognise what he is saying better.

It doesn't work. He's still on trial. Everybody stands around until 6:25:59 when the jury is seated. I really hate it when he is given a "win"... but... I do however know that it has to happen sometimes, and I totally get why!!! It just totally grosses me out tho to see the excitement his narcissistic self gets out of those said wins. He really thinks he is doing something, when in reality it is just the rules being followed and it is to help ensure he cannot ever come back and win any type of appeal. The judge did an AMAZING job, as did the prosecution team, in dealing with his hard to deal with self. Too bad the death penalty wasn't an option for him. If anyone has ever deserved it, he is one of them... along with Nicholas Cruz, and don't even get me started on how that turned out!?!
