2 of my serpentine belts broke and there is fluid coming out and dripping down on to the harmonic balancer and if I squeeze the reservoir hose it starts leaking again there and the pulley there is tighter than the other pulleys and the belts was hung at the same spot on that pulley so I'm wondering if this is my problem. Please let me know if you know anything that can help

Sounds like coolant is leaking from the coolant pump onto the harmonic balancer? If so, it’s probably time to change it.
@@FixiT-Rick yes it almost looks like it is coming from the balancer but not I'm about to get it towed now
