Fiat 127 vs Tamworth Sporting Car Club at NSW Hillclimb Championship 21/07/24

Not an easy weekend behind the wheel of the 127 with Round 6 of the NSW Hillclimb Championship at Tamworth Sporting Car Club.
A tight twisty track should suit our small cars, but very cold conditions for tyres and a gearbox that just wont play nice really had me battling all weekend.
Double clutching seemed to halt the issue, but that's not great for confidence or for really pulling the car up under engine braking.
I threw a mix of tyres at the car during the day to find a sweet spot, but the cold track made it always full like it was in the hands of the gods over my choices.
A best run of 1:22.8960, with those Team McFiat chaps absolutely chomping at my tail all day. Mic was super close with a 1:23.1610, and Tavis right behind with a 1:24.1340.
