If you are using some type of privacy or ad blockers or even the RUclips Enhancers add ons, you will have these issues. What I have been seeing, as you click on a link for any of the major websites... Yahoo, RUclips...etc., they have links in their scripts that must be resolved as the page is loaded. So ad blockers, privacy add ons usually slow down the loading of the page. I also use Pi-Hole, and to send some of these links into the Pi-Hole of oblivion, however you must understand you are going to give up something for something.
The more you add to your Network, meaning Computer Software to Network Hardware for security and privacy, you need to understand you are going to be giving up something. It drives me nuts how slow some of the content on a lot of webpages load. Oh! Also take into consideration the size and quality of the video we are loading. I know this doesn't help as much, I just decided I am not going to expend the energy that I used to when I was younger waiting for my game to load on my 486DX4 100, only to get the blue screen of death, because I failed to configure my Joystick Port correctly with its IRQ and COM port settings, after waiting for months of saving to buy the Farenheight 64 VESA Local Bus video card, so you spend some time screaming at Bill Gates (Satan), while you continue trying to reload Tie Fighter... Anyways, hope this makes you guys smile...

You may want to rename this video and add chrome. I stopped using that browser several years ago. It's Microsoft and I don't like MS . Either way.. does that setting apply to all browser or chrome only?
If I add this to other browser. will it fuck tings up in any way?

My ablock was causing this buffering/load issue. So, it might be yours too. Deactivate it to see if it works.
