Am with a brand new laptop wtih 11th gen i7 and 3050gpy also with SSD and yotube still lags somehow, and my net is fast.
Try different browser and check if it does the same.
Do the commands at 2:27 also work if you are running windows 7?
At least you should have Windows 10

That's a heating issue, while getting charged laptop gets heated so i don't recommend charging while playing. Its a hardware issue. 👍

Cooling Policy should be active and yes always. Minimum 0% and Maximum state should be 100%. It's for the better performance
