Y'all aren't thinking about this properly. I could see a couple dudes going out for a weekend to ride dirt bikes and sitting around drinking beer, grilling out and hanging out at night. Dudes don't need a lot; we really just need a place to sleep and cook meat. Most dudes would fish or hang out or sit outside under a large tent. Heck, you could even pull it right up next to the river or a lake and fish off the top deck. It's really not that bad of a design actually. Could someone live in it full time? I guess they could, but this is really a weekend or a week long getaway kind of deal.

I LOVE the creativity and multi functions built in.
I'm doing a 7' x 12' attached to a truck with a 4x4 pop up camper on an
8' bed......My wife and I will use the pop up camper as a bunk
house/washroom.
When you step into the pop up you will have a 4' x 6 ' washroom which is
HUGE in a camper.A compost toilet on the left outhouse style looking
and accroass you have gravity feed water 5 gallons to feed a basin to a 5
gallon grey under the stand.The washroonm will have a fantastic fan for
PRIVACY and air flow at night.
next is a table /bed /storage under the ends for clothes.Then I sleep on
the top queen as I am the KING......LOL
We will have a 2nd battery isolator for led lights and the fan.
The 7'x 12' trailer will connect to the truck when parked giving you
about 100 square feet.....the front of the cargo trailer opens up and
slides together like a space station.
As you step through the small pop up camper hatch door you enter 7 x 10'
of country kitchen with a couch and HUGE galley kitchen counters 11' C
shaped like a home.A ice maker will feed the sailboat HUGE fride with a
drain.
I wil carry 100 gallongs and have LED and propane lights for 3,000 BTU
.cooled with 2 fans in an insulated box.
Behing the kitchen wall is a garage 4' x 7' for electric generator
INSULATED to 40 DB and 2 Batteries.,storage for tools and fishing stuff.

i, alone, drink 10-15 beers a day, so a week's supply of beer for ONE is three 30 can cases. add more people, add more beer, the fridge is the best idea in this thing!

You said it! The metal lining in the shower, (er, on two walls of the shower), is the same as the metal lining put in the storage area where the BBQ is. The 'fit and finish' on both is the same. LARGE gaps everywhere. The 'fireproofness' of the one is a joke, and the waterproofness of the other is like a collander.
Everywhere it looks like someone thought just throwing things in, to say you have them, is ok, regardless of the finished look. It looks like a 7 year old was told to build a "fort".

Nice concept. Poorly executed. Those plywood storage doors on the back, are going to warp and twist. Plus rattle while going down the road. Water tank is way to small.

those hinges on the back are on the outside - you dont need to pick a lock, but unscrew the hinges to get to what is inside

Eek, the layout is pretty bad. Should have scrapped the wasted walk-in area/dirtbike storage. It's a neat idea but no one is really going to be able to watch that TV because of the layout. The only place to rest is in the beds or sitting outside, haha. Good idea but the execution wasn't the best!

lol, you're harsh....the hinges were installed without any thought on safety or cosmetics...and there were wide gaps on all the compartmental doors....without molding-seals. the basket-ball hoop give it away...the buyer most likely was a sub 26 year old. Hey but that's not bad a project for 20 to 30 year olds...better than video games...and they learned a lot.
It does make you wonder how well the structure is adhered to the trailer frame..with what we were shown.

I found this tiny home because I am a golfer. My buddies and I take this tiny home to the local private golf club (We ain't paying no membership) and I usually park this baby in the first parking space near the kids pool, crack open a few cold ones and sit on the upper deck with binoculars.. At night we sneak on the course and play a few holes with our flashlight headbands with some cold brewski's of course. Afterwards we'll take the quad out around midnight and tear up some greens, drink some shooters and head back to the tiny home where we all jump in the shower together (save time and water). Since we're still kind rowdy from drinking and all, we 'll probably shoot some hoops and whoever misses a layup has to drink ( its dang sure fun). Right before sunup, we'll practice some indoor putts, while watching either wrastleing or monster truck racing on the giant screen. I sleep upstairs with the AC blasting with my flannel pj's and a sweatshirt and socks while my buddies sleep down below nekid because it ain't that cool for they all.

You should check his other one. Full upper loft across the entire house with no windows or any other way to exit than a pipe ladder and no vents. A literal coffin to die in a fire.
I'm a big fan of tiny houses, but I have to agree on this one. Cheaply constructed, wasted space in & out and nothing that says mancave to me. I would not have my home built by this manufacture.
