Such a beautiful tiny home! The barrel ceiling is brilliant and adds so much to the home. The cedar bathtub is gorgeous and it's such a great idea to have it be moveable. The ladder on the side of the refrigerator is so clever. This home is truly a work of craftsmanship. Beautifully done!!
I agree. There's a tiny house and a price point out there for just about everyone. If you look at the custom stained glasswork, you're looking at a good chunk of change right there. The dutch lap siding, ever priced that out? It adds up really quickly.
The truth is that stuff is expensive. That's why my home insurance is for twice the value of my existing house. It would cost that much to replace the house if it were destroyed. That's just a sad fact of our day and age.
The attention to detail is amazing. A lot of thought has obviously gone into this but just looking at that ladder on the fridge leading up to the second bedroom is giving me palpitations. I wouldn't mind having this as a (very classy) Wendy house!
Check out Ocean Conservation Namibia if you want to get hooked on something different. Fantastic rescues of seals entangled in ocean debris. Even though the videos are almost identical in content, they are all exciting. I can't get enough.
You can get flat packed log cabins here in England. I'm eyeing one up myself and its literally x5 the length.... $9,000. Even if fully furnished and with a foundation the cost wouldn't rise above $25,000
Real life, what state is your house in and why so low cost? Curious. Was it a foreclosure? Condos where I live are 275 per sq. ft. at a minimum (if not in foreclosure).
I love this tiny home in so many ways. There are many clever solutions to address storage issues, and in particular I love the interior decor. But there is one thing I HATE, (and in fact you'll see it in 95% of tiny homes) this being no exception -- and that is a sleeping loft. Allow me to elaborate -- I am 70+ years old and at my age I need to relieve my bladder a couple of times every night. So climbing and descending a ladder for a pee is in no way appealing -- heck, I could break a hip falling from the ladder. Well, I guess I could have a pee bottle. So of course YOUR next question is, well, why would you (I) consider a tiny home that doesn't suit your needs in the first place? And the obvious answer is that I would not. And then MY question is -- why, why is NO ONE designing tiny homes for the fastest growing and soon to be the LARGEST demographic --seniors, who want to downsize in their retirement. This home is fine and dandy for millennials, but what about the future and rapidly growing market for retirees? Someone, (most everyone), is missing the boat by not recognizing/addressing this expanding market. Hey there is a LOT of money to be made! First one on board??
The problem is the gubments of the land hate change and love corruption. Tiny homes quickly turned into "stealth homes" because The Man hates them. This has the side effect of there being zero mass producers of tiny homes. Not even local producers. All you ever see are individuals making their own. The people making their own aren't on the verge of retirement, so you don't see any like that. Once enough millionaires and billionaires pay off enough politicians to allow us in the "land of the free" to live this lifestyle, you might see them more commonly produced (and therefore 5 times as expensive). And thus more options, like ones for people with mobility issues, or who just don't want to climb a ladder to go to bed ( I sure as hell don't, nothing but bad memories from the Navy with ladder-to-bed living.) This is the simple fact. You see these tiny homes doubling as mobile homes, parked in distant land or secondary on private land, it's because local ordinances are telling people to fuck off with their tiny homes.
You have to account for craftsmanship; there's a lot of custom elements, tile, stained glass, etc. Considering the time and resources it took to make something like that $72k it not an outrageous price. Granted, I wouldn't want to spend that much, but that's why I plan to build my own.
Treshain Elerson - True. it's not just good carpentry and quality but it is also a thoughtful use of space. The finishes and electronic components are obviously driving the price up.
Nick, As a builder/Designer. He put in a lot of work/time into this build. I guess you don't value the mans time or design. The materials, appliances, technology add up, the time for design and carpentry it all costs. I guess you don't think you should pay for design, knowledge and carpentry skills.
You asked an appraiser who never stepped in the house? So an appraiser's estimation on a house seen only in a video is evidence enough for you? You are also nobody and your appraiser could be pure fiction. You've provided just as much evidence as I have.
doormouse29 Dont be rude?! she said it about herself called herself a fat ass the person simply told her to lose weight so she could fit in the house WTF!? The woman was the demeaning to herself if anything
Very nice craftsmanship, but a few design suggestions: -Solar panels on the roof. - The lift up stove cover should be on hinges, with the underside having a ceramic tile back splash. -Put the TV on a swivel, so it can be used in the bunk area, or face the living area. -The bench and folding dining table area need to be reconfigured to make an extra sleeping area. Maybe a Murphy bed or a conversion sleeper (sofa to bed) where the bench is? -Uhm, did I miss the A/C??? -The price is steeeeeeep. Small single family homes/condos/trailer homes (all w/ more sq ft.) can be found for similar prices.
This tiny house is beautiful! 72,000 seems pretty reasonable if you compare them to RV prices. I'd take this house over an RV any day. Sure it's tricky if you live in the city but what is someone gonna do with a tiny house in the city? I thought the whole reason was to take this house wherever to not have to pay for a mortgage. Don't let the comments be discouraging! People will always knock on what they don't think is conventional.
My husband and I looked at an RV and a Top of the line RV costs about $300,000 (not including taxes)!! That is almost the price of our 3,300 sq ft home ($330,000) and 7 acres of land with a pond in town. We live in the Midwest just outside of Kansas City, MO. Plus with a tiny home, you don't have to worry about oil changes, huge tires and the constant maintenance of an RV! I haven't compared insurance prices on a tiny house compared to an RV, but I would think the tiny house is cheaper. You can however get a nice smaller used RV with some mileage on it for around $60,000. My husband and I are looking into retiring into a tiny house or tiny cottage, once our girls are moved out of our home. We have a 17 and 12 year old, so it will be a few more years. 😊
I think 72k is pretty high priced but that's just my opinion, I mean most people live in these things cause they don't have enough money for a real house (like myself) I paid 6 grand for a pre-built but empty tiny house and put another 4 grand into building the inside to make it look as good as this, but mines actually bigger than this one. so 10k got me the same thing just a tad bit less fancy. I really don't see where the other 62 grand is at....especially considering mine is even bigger.
No offense to everyone....but I hate to burst your bubble. I am a former plans examiner and building inspector....You will not be able to move this down the road..they would have to be recognized as a motor home and be inspected by DMV...very unlikely that they would pass "roadworthiness" inpsections. Perhaps a moving permit for each haul would work. What a hassle. Secondly, there is no juristiction in USA that will allow these permanently without some sort of inspection. Do you really think that anyone that owns a house will want one of these next door dropping their property value? The only way to do this is shotgun them in illegally. Storage sheds can be 120sf, but they are not considered habitable. Why spend 50 grand on something that is illegal. Another dumb, fantasy world idea. Here is a hot tip...get a freaking legal travel trailer or RV and keep it legally in a RV or Trailer park. I absolutely guarantee a neighbor will see somebody living in Teeny house and report it anonimously to code enforcement. Happens all the time.
Yea, for dumb people who cant afford anything else it must look like a dream. Its gonna smell, its gonna be dirty all the time and you wont be able to have a family nor have room for things you might need or want that dont fit in a cupboard. Its a dead end.
@@86Corvus The only way it'll be dirty all the time is if you never clean the shit. And Tiny houses are not stupid, nor as they a dead end. They're actually a great investment idea, and they offer many solutions to love income families.
@@86CorvusLow income families are not stupid. Perhaps, you have lots of money and cannot understand why those with low incomes have to budget. Many people who live in tiny houses are very happy as that kind of living allows them to do what they want. If one is fastidious about cleanliness, no reason why tiny houses would need to be dirty. I find it absolutely amazing how much stuff can actually fit into a tiny house. It takes creativity on the owner's part.
I dream this kind of house because we do not have our own house and no matter how tiny this house as long as you can call it your own then it's a huge blessings
It's interesting for me to read all the complaints about the high price of this. For some people, it's not necessarily about saving money or the price, it's about the lifestyle that they desire for themselves. I live in Seoul, South Korea and I pay about $1000 per month for my tiny one room apartment. If I ever decided to return to the US, I think I would have to get a tiny house because I wouldn't be able to stand living in such a big place.
I never knew about the new switches. You have done an amazing job. I love the storage stairs. Oscillating fans are so cool. This looks like a tiny house that Frank Lloyd Wright would have built. The bathroom is gorgeous. Love the doors and stained glass. You really did build with the best products available. Thank you
you can build this exact tiny house with under 10 grand, don't shy away because the 72k price, that house must come with a stack of 100$ bills hidden somewhere cause i'm sitting in mine I purchased for 6 grand right now. 6k for pre-built tiny house but empy inside, 4k for deco/building a few features inside. only difference now is my house is bigger than this for 62k less.
this is an incredibly beautiful tiny, and I don't even like blue, or the pink stained glass, but the layout, design and especially that tub are perfect, a true credit to your craft!! well done
Clearly, I hadn't seen any lately, but this is the first one that I've seen on wheels. I Love It and it's gorgeous!!! These would be the best way to see our country in style 👍🏽
Very nice and looks to be built well only problem is for 72k you can buy a 3 bedroom mobile home that is much bigger. I can see 15k but thats about it.
White lives matter 15K my ass, let's break it down a bit, these are all conservative estimates: 3 axle trailer: 1.5k Washerdryer combo 1k Ac: 600 Hardwood(less labour cost) 500 Windows 1k Fridge: 600, Lighting: 3-400 Bathroom tile and tub: easily 3-4k Insulation: 300 Wood for custom storage: 600 Building materials for floor walls and roof: 5k Fixtures, and hardware: 250 Furnishings: 1500, Oven, stove sink and kitchen counters: 3.5k That adds up to about 19.5k easily on very conservative numbers not taking into account cost of labour or installation of any municipal amenities, no way in hell you're building this for less than 25k absolute minimum even if you do all the labour yourself, 76k for the Time it took to build this and the level to which it is finished really isn't that unreasonable
DoubleInvertz | Very conservative estimates! I wish I could find a 3 axle trailer for $1.5k and most of the other items for the low price you listed. There are also other items you didn't mentioned including plumbing, electrical, water heater, stain glass, doors, water pumps, and some others (but you did kinda mention them, I know). Yea materials are expensive!
DoubleInvertz idk where your live that you'd pay 3.5k for an oven stove and sink. Nevertheless 72k is way to much money for something like that. I can purchase way more bang for the buck
Really great job on this tiny home. That bath is beautiful! It was my favourite part. Please ignore some of the stupid comments, some people just dont understand what goes into these projects especially if they are being supplied with top of the range fixtures and fittings and custom pieces for a luxury feel and finish. For those not into luxury tiny homes, clues in the name, maybe just skip the video and dont feel any obligation to be rude in your unsolicited opinions. Good job Tiny House Listings.
I live in Florida, & you ain't eva lied!! I'm kind of on the middle ground with tiny homes. I don't like tight spaces where I feel I can't move around freely. But on the other hand, I like the idea that if one wanted to move, you can just rent a heavy duty pick up or a semi (depending on how tiny the tiny home is), hitch the home to it, & transport the entire house to where you want to move without having to pack everything in boxes or hire movers, & you don't have to look for another house to live in; you just take the entire house with you!! Of course, you can really live anywhere but a trailer park or buy a plot of land off to itself because I assuming most traditional neighborhoods with their rules of appearance, aren't gonna permit a house that isn't on par with the other traditional homes that are not based on the models offered with the subdivision. Especislly if the othee homes are immovable & yours is on a flatbed with wheels. But I like being able to pay for it much easier than a traditional hime & being debt free.
Ok, this is my fav. tiny house ever! You are one talented and brilliant person to build something like this, wow! I loved the moveable kitchen counter top, Wi-Fi lighting, gorgeous glossy tub!, the stained glass, and even the fan from Home Depot! Guess this is called craftsman style? It's my style. I'll be calling you someday when my hubby retires and we're ready to have a simpler life! Then I'll have time to make more of my RUclips videos from my tiny house! I'm subscribed and liking!
That's exactly what I thought, that's not what I would call, staying out of the grid. W-ifi and cell phones are anough, don't need to get all of my tiny house bugged too.
@@tarkiss What are you referring to? all smart phones track monitor and listen to everything by AI. Its just that most people don't care that their "smart devises" upload and download from the internet without their knowledge or consent. Or that they are monitored for "Advertising purposes". I just got a newer top of the line phone and it puts out so much EMF radiation full time that I have to leave it in airplane mode. And still charge its huge battery every day or it dies. My old flip phone last for weeks on end with less than one quarter of the battery I think if you told most people that EMF radiation is a carcinogen and young women are potentially doing epigenetic damage to 98% of the human race by slowly microwaving all their reproductive eggs, carrying these dangerous devices around in their back pockets, to avoid getting breast cancer from sticking them in their bra like they used to. They would absolutely refuse to even consider the notion any more than back in the day if you told people cigarets where bad for them, or DDT pesticide was potentially harmful. They would just look at you like you're nuts, and if you go back much further they kill you if you won't agree with things like flat earth theory. So when these devices become increasingly more dangerous to our health each year (and they undeniably are), at what point have we passed the apparent face value convenience we so love?. The key to health is nutrition, exercise, and environment. These days many seem to think that means wear a hypoxia inducing immune system weakening, germ Petri dish face covering so they don't spit on anyone they accidentally get too close to. Or if you want to get serous, you wear your dust mask wile driving in your car by yourself, so you don't catch a virus from yourself lol. I'm not ashamed of those people, I'm ashamed of their parents. I mean it clearly doesn't take a genius to calculate how well a 3-5 micron filter will work to slow a 0.1 micron airborne virus. Not quite as good as a chain link fence against mosquitos. Ok I'll stop now since I ran off on a complete tangent or fifty.
Oh my heavens folks....tiny homes are space saving homes. Several of us here are trying to cut back on stuff and our expenses....create a smaller footprint and perhaps be off grid. All good steps towards being easier on our planet.. it’s not for everybody of course, but why be an onlooker and mock this option? You can click away elsewhere to something you can actually support...please.
I love all these tiny houses. the only thing I HATE are the ladders and super steep tiny staircases. If I ever get one it will be just like this but with a larger staircase going out, possibly a little desk/work nook underneath
I love the wooden counter tops and the bathroom tiles, I want those for my house too! Also the colorful lights and windows are so, so cute and beautifully made. Those aren't exactly my style so I wouldn't place them in my home but I still really like them.
Madi Porch same here. I just gotten into this for over 3 weeks now and I'm hooked on watching how people storage their things. Next thing you know I'm decluttering my house UGH!!! :) But it sure cleans up.
He mentioned that this one can hook up like an RV, but I guess if you add solar and have a well, or a rainwater catchment system, you could go off grid.
Yeah, I feel like my hobbies take up space and I don't want to give them up. I have a full size piano keyboard, computer desk, and cat plus I foster other cats that sometimes have to be separated from each other. I'm currently in 250 sq ft and it's kind of doable, but it's cluttered in here and I can't really have friends over. I'd be better off having double the space.
GKJ - are you comparing price per square foot on a home you can tow or one you can't? It makes a big difference. I agree. Either way it's beautiful. I'd buy it if I was in the market for one.
Also, comparing price per square foot on a house (that comes with LAND) and on a tiny house which doesn't come with any land, should be taken in to account as well. You will have to purchase land on top of the price of the tiny house.
definitely one of the better quality and designed tiny homes i've seen. love the colors and finishes.

Check out Ocean Conservation Namibia if you want to get hooked on something different. Fantastic rescues of seals entangled in ocean debris. Even though the videos are almost identical in content, they are all exciting. I can't get enough.
So, so true....🥴😳😖
Beautiful house !!!
Wonderful design !!!
Excellent craftsmanship !!!
Really pretty house but it was filmed so close up to everything that u couldn't see like the full concept!!! But yeah really nice
Now this is a tiny house. Beautifully designed. I love it. For the price - no. However I could stare at this all day!!
Jan J how much is it he did not say
$72,000
Thats cuz his asking price is absurd if he thinks hes getting half of that hes delusional
It is gorgeous
Not for low income folks with minimum wage jobs!
Love the stained glass throughout. The removable wooden tub is cool.
$72,000 that's crazy for a tiny house
You can get flat packed log cabins here in England. I'm eyeing one up myself and its literally x5 the length.... $9,000.
Even if fully furnished and with a foundation the cost wouldn't rise above $25,000
Real life, what state is your house in and why so low cost? Curious. Was it a foreclosure? Condos where I live are 275 per sq. ft. at a minimum (if not in foreclosure).
fux yews nice!
Real life Terminator that's awesome!
fux yews
HI there, are the prices US dollars or UK pounds and what is " flat packed " ?
Thanks!
The best tiny home ive ever seen! I want it! Beautiful 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Me too! I fell in love with this. I think it's craftsman style. And now, I'm going to check out your channel, lol. !!
Check out this one. Type "Modern Tiny House with Elevator Bed" into RUclips.... it uses every nook and cranny.
Gallivanting Val saw that one its awesome
Rebecca, you don't cook at all, do you? lol
its a really ugly house actually
Ole Nielson I got ya' Grandpa ! 😉 ill talk to my business partner about it.
"This home is fine for millenials"
Millenials could never afford to buy this 😂😂
I laughed so hard at this
Ole Nielson ... basically requesting a mobile granny pod
I paid 69k with house and shop on 5acres. This tiny house is adorable attention to detail. Great Ideas!
As I plan the build of my own tiny house, this one has stopped me in my tracks and has me rethinking so many things! So gorgeous!!
Actually, I actually like all the actual aspects of this actually tiny home. You actually did a great job, actually.
for 72,000 it better come with an acre of land to put it on.
Bryan Sager. I'm thinking more like 10 acres - minimum 5 acres.
Seriously....that's INSANE.
Bryan Sager 😂😂😂
You have to account for craftsmanship; there's a lot of custom elements, tile, stained glass, etc. Considering the time and resources it took to make something like that $72k it not an outrageous price. Granted, I wouldn't want to spend that much, but that's why I plan to build my own.
No it's not. No one buys luxury anything to save money.
This is absolutely beautiful. Loads of character and great workmanship.
Expensive? Yes. Grossly overpriced? No. I can tell there was a LOT of custom carpentry there. It's a beautiful home. Great work.
Treshain Elerson - True. it's not just good carpentry and quality but it is also a thoughtful use of space. The finishes and electronic components are obviously driving the price up.
You won't be able to get much through the front door if you want buy a couch, or a fridge or stove or washer.
Nick, As a builder/Designer. He put in a lot of work/time into this build. I guess you don't value the mans time or design. The materials, appliances, technology add up, the time for design and carpentry it all costs. I guess you don't think you should pay for design, knowledge and carpentry skills.
It's not overpriced.
You asked an appraiser who never stepped in the house? So an appraiser's estimation on a house seen only in a video is evidence enough for you? You are also nobody and your appraiser could be pure fiction. You've provided just as much evidence as I have.
Absolutely gorgeous!!! Too bad my big ass wouldn't fit in it....lmao
well aren't you sweet
xyprodigyxy Don't be rude
Mindy Borsato your comment is amazing XD
doormouse29 Dont be rude?! she said it about herself called herself a fat ass the person simply told her to lose weight so she could fit in the house WTF!? The woman was the demeaning to herself if anything
528 Freq she meant the person who was telling hee to lose wieght
Love all the stained glass! The curved ceiling is beautiful and adds to the feeling of spaciousness too. My favorites!
Amazing attention to detail. Really love the stained glass on doors and window🥰
That tub is one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen! What a great idea :)
Patrice Lynette Bayer I totally agree!
its a wooden tub
It is, couldn’t believe how light it was.
Incredible craftsmanship, beautifully executed, well done sir
That must be a fun job to build tiny houses, options are limitless (to an extent).
Limitless (to an extent) DERP
Well it can be either or so..
To be honest, I would NEVER buy a tiny house. But maybe someday.
Danny T you just contradicted yourself
+OpalRayne *whoosh*
This man is so exceptionally talented and gifted! Wow. God bless him.
Very nice craftsmanship, but a few design suggestions:
-Solar panels on the roof.
Great suggestions. There is an air conditioner above the couch area I think and I do agree that $72,000 is a steep price for a house this small
Good point!!
Where I live you can’t even find a shack under $300k
Agree, I was looking for the solar panels...he can keep those smart gadgets.
PhantomOfSpirit what shitty place do yall be living? California?
This tiny house is beautiful! 72,000 seems pretty reasonable if you compare them to RV prices. I'd take this house over an RV any day. Sure it's tricky if you live in the city but what is someone gonna do with a tiny house in the city? I thought the whole reason was to take this house wherever to not have to pay for a mortgage. Don't let the comments be discouraging! People will always knock on what they don't think is conventional.
I agree! It's a great deal for all you're getting. This is my favorite "tiny" home. Simple and so charming.
For ~$30,000 you have a full size house! Very cute but too much money
I am falling in love with Tiny Homes
Yea, for dumb people who cant afford anything else it must look like a dream. Its gonna smell, its gonna be dirty all the time and you wont be able to have a family nor have room for things you might need or want that dont fit in a cupboard. Its a dead end.
@@86Corvus omg so sensitive
One of the best tiny homes I’ve seen. Well thought out. Super cute and has every thing you need. Awesome job
This is beautiful, the best I've seen, I like everything about this house, awesome !
This is a beautiful interior/exterior tiny house. A project you can be very proud to share. Very impressive, very!!!
One of THE nicest I've seen. Price is a bit higher than I'd imagined though.
I dream this kind of house because we do not have our own house and no matter how tiny this house as long as you can call it your own then it's a huge blessings
I love pocket doors, they are just so simple but such great space savers, all doors should be pocket sliders.
That is the best tiny home I have ever seen
You obviously haven't done a whole lotta looking, have you.
cheryl lakin a
I really loved tiny house designs. The lighting of this are superb.
I never knew about the new switches. You have done an amazing job. I love the storage stairs. Oscillating fans are so cool. This looks like a tiny house that Frank Lloyd Wright would have built. The bathroom is gorgeous. Love the doors and stained glass. You really did build with the best products available. Thank you
This is just a perfect little bite of a house. Great job!!!
Boi if I'm gonna pay 72k for this thing it better come with some curtains.
Especially in the bathroom!
LunarEclipse lol frfr
I love the craftsman detail on the window panes and also the pretty stained glass and the second story windows all the way across !!!!!!!
Too many windows to clean!
72K!?!? Beautiful craftsmanship but that is a lot of money.
Brandi H wtf? 72k? for a trailer? you could literally buy a small house for that
Artemis Ares you miss read my comment. I agree with you.
Brandi H A
I love all the architecture features! The door is also very beautiful.
OMG I'm in love with this house !
you can build this exact tiny house with under 10 grand, don't shy away because the 72k price, that house must come with a stack of 100$ bills hidden somewhere cause i'm sitting in mine I purchased for 6 grand right now.
White lives matter 15K my ass, let's break it down a bit, these are all conservative estimates:
3 axle trailer: 1.5k
Washerdryer combo 1k
Ac: 600
Hardwood(less labour cost) 500
Windows 1k
Fridge: 600,
Lighting: 3-400
Bathroom tile and tub: easily 3-4k
Insulation: 300
Wood for custom storage: 600
Building materials for floor walls and roof: 5k
Fixtures, and hardware: 250
Furnishings: 1500,
Oven, stove sink and kitchen counters: 3.5k
That adds up to about 19.5k easily on very conservative numbers not taking into account cost of labour or installation of any municipal amenities, no way in hell you're building this for less than 25k absolute minimum even if you do all the labour yourself, 76k for the Time it took to build this and the level to which it is finished really isn't that unreasonable
Op u
White lives matter it's not way too much lmao
Really great job on this tiny home. That bath is beautiful! It was my favourite part. Please ignore some of the stupid comments, some people just dont understand what goes into these projects especially if they are being supplied with top of the range fixtures and fittings and custom pieces for a luxury feel and finish. For those not into luxury tiny homes, clues in the name, maybe just skip the video and dont feel any obligation to be rude in your unsolicited opinions. Good job Tiny House Listings.
Ok that bathroom blew my mind!!!!! I love the tub idea and that there is counter space by the sink!!!!
This would be great if you live in Florida. This way you could evacuate your house with you 😂😂😂😂
FrostedCookieWolf 5 lol
FrostedCookieWolf 5, but I like hurricane parties.
FrostedCookieWolf 5 hahaha good one!
FrostedCookieWolf 5 lmao

My old flip phone last for weeks on end with less than one quarter of the battery
I think if you told most people that EMF radiation is a carcinogen and young women are potentially doing epigenetic damage to 98% of the human race by slowly microwaving all their reproductive eggs, carrying these dangerous devices around in their back pockets, to avoid getting breast cancer from sticking them in their bra like they used to.
Ok I'll stop now since I ran off on a complete tangent or fifty.
wow, stunning workmanship! Absolutely love that bath, what a brilliant idea
The removable tub is genius!
Absolutely loving this vintage and cozy design!😍
Love the layout and staircase
This is where Art, Function, Fun and Heart meet. 👏👏👏👏

I am in love with the way this tiny was designed :)

RizeVize 😂😂😂
Hahaha. I love the look of Itty bitty houses, but would prefer one five times as big. On that show, everyone's complaint is that it's too small.
Well, less space is the goal for tiny homes...it's in the name, literally!
RizeVize 😂😂😂 the couch is like right by the refrigerator. It’s a no for me dawg.
This was the first video is saw about tiny houses. Since then I'm absolutly in love with them.
Dude! That cedar bathtub is very impressive! 👍
I love all these tiny houses. the only thing I HATE are the ladders and super steep tiny staircases. If I ever get one it will be just like this but with a larger staircase going out, possibly a little desk/work nook underneath
Buy an RV.
I had a loft bed and I hated climbing out of the bed in the morning... I fell sometimes too. 😭 I’m with you on the bigger stairs lol.
The loft/bed areas kill it for me...after the waste management issue of course.
Can you imagine when older (as I am) making your bathroom trips in the middle of the night? My dream tiny house has my bedroom on the main floor.
Creepy VampGirl I fall out of mine too but it was my dream so didn’t mind much
I love the wooden counter tops and the bathroom tiles, I want those for my house too!
Absolutely Beautiful Tiny Home Love EVERYTHING About It !
This home is beautiful.
Take a shot everytime he says “custom Made by me”
I'd have alcohol poisoning by the end of the video. 🍹😂
You’ll get a quicker buzz with "actually".

You never said what shot I could just take a screen shot 🤔
and every time he says actually...sigh
These window and doors
are truly exceptional.
Beautiful woodwork
throughout.
I really like every aspect of this home. The craftsmanship is far beyond other Tiny homes.
your camera angle inside is way too close to everything. cant get a real image of inside
It’s honestly really hard to take a picture/video inside a motor home and show all of the space. You simply can’t back up far enough anywhere.
This house is a great balance between off-the-grid and modern tech
He mentioned that this one can hook up like an RV, but I guess if you add solar and have a well, or a rainwater catchment system, you could go off grid.
@@Well_possibly yeah, right, without internet, or internet going down, you can't turn lights on, air, etc. SMART!

LOL Too funny.
I love it. I would quite happily live in one but I would want it to be twice the size to accommodate an office space and more guests.

Hells favorite angel mike That # still doesn't answer his question. Is $72000 grossly overpriced or not?
GKJ - for all it includes it's right on par
Lori L Thanks a bunch, Lori. That's very pricey per square foot but it is beautiful!
My favorite tiny home. Great craftsmanship. So much character.
