Insane in the Membrane does not say that in that verse. And it never mentions him by name. It says "You know, I don't take a chulo lightly, punks just jealous cuz he can't out write me". I'm not sure where Frost is hearing that at. And B Real has already said in several interviews that the song is a diss to Chubb Rock for stealing their style on one of his early 1990's albums. I got love for Frost, but I think he was a little bit paranoid. They did have a beef at one time, but I don't think in manifested there.
