The diss ''Quitter'' is one of the few disses where I felt bad for the dude getting dissed. That shit was hard as fuck. Felt bad for Everlast. But anyways they squashed it years ago.
Listen to Whitie's Revenge. Analyse both of the diss tracks from an unbiased perspective. My view is that Quitter is a better song, but Whitey's Regenge is a much harder diss. Everlast goes at issues that are undoubtibly one of Ems main insecurities, that hes not a tough guy in real life, etc etc. And this is coming from a lifelong Em fan
@@masterblob7196 Watch Knox Hill breaking down the entire beef. Entertaining stuff.
@@masterblob7196 almost every rapper in hip-hop aren't tough that they claim to be in their songs. Some of them are affiliated with gangs but not actively involved. Quitter was petty enough to get into his nerves that's why it was a better diss.
@@masterblob7196 They're both good, I just listened to them now, but Quitter seems to hit harder. Tells Everlast's story in a funny way, belittled him like he's just a nobody by saying that he stole the show, and showed off his crew which at the time had some buzz, D12.
it was a good diss tho lmfao
Man you can really tell he's grown and just really enjoying the fruits of his contribution to the game. And he truly respects this craft and his art.
Sometimes I think it’s a shame that Everlast isn’t more successful than what he is. I know the record industry is in shambles and has been for a long time but I wish he had more hits and better success considering how long he’s been around. And whether Everlast likes it or not (because idk his opinion on this) he was one of the first successful white rappers; he came out just before Vanilla Ice ruined it for the white guys for a few decades.

I’ve always respected Everlast. I’ve met the dude a few times backstage at shows, and he was always cool to me and everyone I was with. He would have no reason to even talk to me at all, as I’m a essentially a nobody in that world.
You sound like a fan. I wouldn't say a fan is a nobody. Even if you're not a fan, you are still a human being. He'd be kind of an ass if he just ignored you. The decent thing is to respond when someone talks to you.
Everlast is a nobody too so...
@@christopher399 obviously you ain’t been in the world much if you view things this way. People do that all the time. How many people will talk to strangers? Walk up to someone at the gas pump and say hi, see how it goes. A well established musician only has so many minutes in their day to talk to non-industry people.
@@slothenberry9691 That depends on where in the world you are. Seems like you're the one who hasn't seen much of the world ha! Some cultures are more shy than others, while in some cultures it is far more common to talk to strangers. I know this... Because I've seen the world.
All that aside, we're not just talking any stranger here. We are talking about someone who is a part of the reason why are living your dream. We are talking about someone who loves and values what you do, and just want to say hi and shake your hand. Yes, you'd be an arrogant prick if you ignored your fans.
I don't know what kind of an idea you have of a musician's life, but they are regular people. They do boring stuff. They waste their time on their phones, they go down the rabbit hole on RUclips, they go out for walks just to get fresh air... Yes, they absolutely have time to spare a few seconds, or even minutes, to treat fans kindly. Even if they're not fans, if someone talks to you, you don't ignore them. That's not how you treat people.
We're all nobodies until someone decides we're not. He's just like us. A regular ass dude. He just happens to be famous. At the end of the day, no matter their celeb status, they're still just like us...regular ass people.

@@haitianpriest262 still it's a list of facts tho
Juggla I don’t see *Milkbone, Nonphixion, Necro, Cage, or ICP* on that list. But you’re right.
Everlast is my man. Better artist, cooler guy, grew up with him. My man.
biggest cap jus cuz u kno him dont mean u gotta meat ride him
I love Everlast
One of the greatest singer/songwriters in the game
#RhymeSyndicate #SoulAssassin #HouseOfPain #LoveAndLoyalty #ArtOfRap
If Em and Everlast get along now that's truly beautiful
Everlast is a legend
So is Em
Cool to hear this interview
Sand over it
That'a a Dutch saying
Peace
"I buck a 360 for ones who act shady," That was Everlast's verse on Eardrums pop that pissed Em off.
I miss the days of house of pain...allot of classics sadly most people only know about "jump around" and yeah that was 🔥 but there is more than that...how about when everlast was with la coka nostra
How about now he’s thankfully not
His parts on Prince Among Thieves are classic
First time I heard Everlast was back in the late 80's on a song called 'I got the knack'.
“He can’t rap or sing but he wants to do both” that is gold😂😂🔥
Yet has a career spanning over 30 years 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ryan Mcl but who’s listening to it ? 🤣🤣when has anyone ever said play that new Everlast ?🤣🤣
@@fuegodiego5775 the millions of fans he has worldwide lol
@@ryanmcl9578 lol exactly no cap Everlast had lyrics and flow though, not so much singing but he used to spit- praise the lord is just one example
i love seeing everlast talk, seems to not bullshit around.
Everlast lookin like he just saw God!
🤣🤣🤣 🏆
🤣🤣👏🏾
Nah he got caught in the deadlights with Pennywise
Everlast looking like he IS God!
What a dumb comment.
To have another rapper say you became Elvis is probably the biggest compliment ever..he paid his dues once he realized who he was messing with
So politically correct, it's not the first artist Rosenberg and iovine tried to blackball because of Em.
what is that supposed to mean?
I don't think you know what politically correct means
Everlast basically said he started the beef and em went at him there were no lies. Em dissed him but even said he looked up to him coming up.
Everlast has always been dope ! 🎙️🎤🎶
“There once was a man who liked to jump around”
I dont care what anybody say Everlast was the first MC to beat Em in a diss track...
Facts
your opinion which I don't think matters
Lol well we dont care that u dont care so fuck off
