i have been following u since turning 60 last yr. Your 12- Min advanced workout for seniors helped my after covid brain fog. I'm following this hand & wrist exercise to strengthen my left arm. Thank you for helping pple just stepping into senior age like me to maintain our body health. Your exercises aren't lengthy or difficult to follow & most of all they target the exact problem areas. Keep those exercises coming & I'll keep following you.

This was a great workout. I'm surprised someone complained about using a rubber band. Really?!?

Who has rubberbands in their house anymore? I don't even have hair ties, so although I need hand work I'm going to have to find a video that doesn't require supplies I don't have readily at hand.
You can still do the other exercises that don't require supplies that are in this video and skip the ones that have a rubber band. If you need a weight, just use a can of soup or something like that.
