I had a Windows update recently that tried to force me to sign in with a Microsoft account. I couldn't get around it. As a last resort, I rebooted and it went away. I've always used a local account.

As you move from a basic user name password login

This only works on windows 10 but type a random wrong email and then it will say sign in with a local account instead so you don’t have to put anemail in

This is method is patched now.
The other methods one usimg the CMD it's patched.
Deleting the service from task manager that thing is patched too they changed the name of the login service and you can't access it so nope.
Wifi method is 50/50 . Most chances in future that may add features you can't log in even if no internet.
SOLUTION
Till now the best option is selecting user category school and business it still allows to make local account.

They fixed this method
No you can click the accessibility button under, ther windows+r button and type shutdown -s -t 5, this will shutdown your laptop in 5 secs and you can restart it and do the process from the beginning with no internet and select the continue with limited setup option

This is a ridiculous feature. I work in IT, we setup tons of shared domain devices that are not linked to any specific Microsoft account nor would we want them to be. I have to play these games every time I setup or format a device. There used to be a "Domain Join" option that bypassed this, now that is gone. Thanks for this, just dumb it must be done in the first place.
