I did discover, however that you do NOT need to disable the Ethernet device. So you can skip the .cpl step and the disable/re-enable. It will still give you the "I don't have internet" to click. That way you can avoid a few unnecessary steps.

Question. I put win 11 on my laptop that apparently doesn’t support it. It runs so bad. I had win 10. So I just reset it but it put win 11 back on and I did a full wipe. How do I get win 10 back?

5/1/2024. Still good. I used to use a different method to bypass but i wasnt able to do it today. This method still works!
At the "sign in" window, mine will not back up to the window I need to push the shift/fn/f10. Any suggestions?

So, my update of the Windows 11 pro version H23H is installed on my 12 year old Acer Aspire 5750g laptop and was digitally activated using the Windows 10 serial that I had.
Currently, it's conducting and installing necessary upgrades 😂.
There is absolutely no difference in performance, and it's working normally.
Quite incredible to be honest, I'm happy as Larry.

Was able to do everything you showed. New computer now set up and internet turned back on. But I cannot get the Windows defender to work. it won't even show up as a page. only a blank tab.. edit.... restart fixed the problem... Thank you for the excellent instructions!

It totally works. Make sure you're pressing the "FN" key as well, when pressing Shift+F10, AND ensure you're spelling the words correctly in the cmd...

May 30 2024 - I've been trying the whole night using both tutorial videos. It seems both options are not working for me. I don't have the "I don't have internet" option nor "Sign in Options". Can you please check if the methods still work?

Unfortunately, this didn't work for me because my laptop keyboard becomes disabled when I press FN+ Shift+F10 to open the Administrator command prompt. I cannot type 'oobe\BypassNRO' (or anything) to set up a local account atm! The keyboard works fine otherwise. I called Dell tech support about this issue and was told local accounts cannot be set up anymore due to Microsoft's new policy! However, I really want to set up my new laptop with only a local account. Any ideas on how to do so would be appreciated!
As you see i did this without problem so this method still works , try to do this without FN ,
You have to make sure you connect with internet first , than next , you haelve to se the window that you stack sign in , after you have to try to open up cmd
Press fn again maybe on ur laptop it works as an on and off switch to enable/disable f keys

@@Tips2Fix Yeah its one of those things thats hard to figure out as not many know the functions of the fn button on laptops, they are all different and aren't just used for f keys especially on smaller keyboards that need to fit the functions of a full size keyboard & controls like volume, brightness, ect. Only after using smaller laptops do I now start to value having a full size keyboard.

It didn't work for me, but if you type anything into the email and password and press next, it will take you to a "something went wrong page" and from there you can just make a local account

@Tips 2 Fix Brother thank u soo much for this trick i just want to ask one thing....After logging into local account and if i login to my microsoft account afterwards for some reason would it hijack my local account or my pc still will work with my local account.....and the biggest issue is one drive forcing itself for sync how to get rid of that pls help u earned a subscriber.....

Looks like Microsoft did something today 10-Apil-2024. I seems that all you have to do is the disable the network part and it just goes right into making a local user.
