Thank you Dan for having the courage to speak about this so openly. There are so many in the very place you were in.

If there’s one piece of advice I could give to anyone who was in the place I was, it’s to get support. Trauma patterns fester and grow in isolation and disconnection. We heal in safe connection to others. Find a coach or therapist to help you harvest the lessons of the dark times, so you can move through it and get about the business of living your purpose. Much love!

Thank you for bringing us consistent topics that can assist with issues and encourage us to get help. I do enjoy the fact that you don’t always interview the most popular but you bring what is needed for now.

Inner soul connection wont let us go through huge shake ups, we may go through we all do... but if we are internally connected to ourself , it will reduce the intensity... Its good to hear men speaking about this

I'm going thru this now. I feel like there is nothing left to do that interests me. I've achieved success. Making money is not a problem for me. I have all the expensive toys I could wish for. Now I just feel like staring into nothing or just disappear.

@sourcejosh there’s a big difference between achieving success and being successful. Success-FULL means you’re pursuing goals that are personally meaningful. I wasted a lot of time chasing what other people told me I should want. This is why I suggest all transformations begin with discovering your purpose and finding your own internal compass.

I actually know your mom and she is an angel walking on this earth helped so many people full of love and pure heart. She was betrayed by her most close person and then lost lots of close friends and family.. i think that all the bad feeling came from neglecting her and your relationship. For me family is everything. Before money cars sex and fame.. it is the true joy and happiness. No family is perfect but it is important to honour our parents and be grateful for taking care of us with endless love
In order to be really successful call your mom for a coffee and see that she is well and has all her needs. This is the key for success and blessings.
You seem like a good guy i hope you will grow to understand the truth about life..

Great video! Our minds can be our enemy or our friend. They are complex and quite often 'annoying, overthinking machines'. My mind drives me crazy at the best of times with its overthinking. Helping others and taking away the focus from ourselves is definitely the way to a better mindset 👏

Powerful thank you very much, for sharing this topic and discussion Tamron. I’ve certainly been struggling with grief, loss, and dark thoughts as of lately and have certainly questioned my life and being here, wanting also end it all and no longer be alive... I think of my cats and mom but it’s very difficult and certainly hard to be in this life and world that can be often cruel if not dark...💔🌏😥

I appreciate this comment so much, Candace. The thought system that says we have to hustle and grind to prove our worth is Universal. But I believe our worth is not in question. It’s established i. Our creation. The key is to have support to work through your perception of your worth, which can vary day to day. Much love to you!

Dogs are truly about life and death. I don’t manage a dog, but I grew up with a few. They’re wonderful creatures. I trip out when I understand dog spelled backwards is god. And I try to be the best shepherd.

If you are going through a mid life transition ie late 30s to mid 40s please study some evolutionary astrology. There are real life changes the soul calls for during the second half of your life. If you have lived a spiritually based life the first half you will be better set up for the second half but there are still changes that occur, if you have led a materially driven life you will have a huge wake up call. understanding these transitions and periods is helpful to give direction and steer yourself towards true happiness. ✌🏽🥰✨

It's no surprise because you spent that part of your life living to a 'vision' of what life should be like that isn't yours.
I have a friend who likes to boast about his 3 kids, marriage and house - I laugh in his face and ask him what true freedom does he have and how much autonomy and deep happiness does he has? He doesn't understand what I mean.
He will in a few years time.

Ok so I was told that I was in-between a group of 38 to 45 year old people. Being that this group has similar eye sight issues when it comes to prescription glasses. And also I am already having quit alcohol and pot smoking. Having said ok I'll sign up to a gym. Having said maybe I'll hike less at the park. So where does a group say look we're not these going to work or going to study group persons. And we've discovered these stat home people and instead of taking these recently laid off cause of warehouse closures men and getting them into apartments we're going to put 50 of them in one nurses backyard whenever her and her friend from across the street are outside having a cigarette.
