Yup!! Peter Grant threatened their manager to get them off the stage because they were getting such a huge reaction from the audience. The crowd rioted when GFR left the stage early. Peter Grant thought the reaction was from GFR playing in their home state. Then GFR opened for them again in Cleveland and got another huge reaction which Peter Grant thought showed up Zep. After the Cleveland show, GFR was pulled off the tour and would never open for Zeppelin again. The mighty Zeppelin was deflated and soon after GFR was a headlining act.
