At the end of the day the trucks will top out in the high 100mph range if that thinking around 160-170 so really the flex is maybe doing a pull and walking a respectable car. say when cruising together and doing a roll race because the boost hit and didn’t spin tires but yea the cars will always pass the truck eventually. I haven't had it dynoed yet but the build so far that I have done 100% myself with the exception of building the tune is roughly: 60% injectors and 12mm CP3 - $7300 2nd gen manifold with single S465 - $3100 There's $10k already in parts alone and I'm still far away from the horsepower these are running. I'm guessing I'm sitting at 650-700. Next would be a built Trans. Whether I go with a 68rfe or do a 48re swap that's about another $13-15k. I have a revmax valve body and torque converter which is probably the reason my otherwise stock trans is still alive and relatively healthy. That was about $1800 together. Then there are various other upgrades here and there but yeah, $10k isn't going to get you far.
