Andy I just turned 30(again) last week. I had no idea I was a millennial until I looked up the ages just now. I would have never known I was in that group 🤔 Eh well, I remember!
Your reaction to this song is exactly the same as mine was back in 1986 when I first heard it. Peace sells was also the first Megadeth song I ever heard. Good for you that your enjoying it. I take my hat off to you. It's so heart warming to see someone as young as you love Thrash Metal. Rock on sister!
Your vids are awesome. It doesn't matter if you are young or old, white black or green, a girl or a boy, or anything in between. You can love metal, and metal will love you.
This is why I love old school rock and metal - it still has the blues influence to it and it gives it something extra thats lost in modern chugging and djent fests.
Eamon Ahem, YES!!! My Last Words has one solo in it but it my favorite one of the whole album. "Peace Sells..." is an awesome album that will stand the test of time and stand very tall
GrayNeko im sure she's brave enough! But i bet there would probably be a 'wtf expression' for most of it! You never forget your first time listening to Voivod!!
You do not, sir! My first Voivod album was 'Nothingface'. BRAIN WENT SPLAT! Spent the next many years trying to figure out how to play 5 string bass on 4 strings. And failing, BADLY. So do we ease Pink into it, or go chronalogically? 'Black City' or 'Unknown Knows?' Both are valid starting points, IMHO. And NO! 'Astronomy Domine' is not on the menu! *Love you, Pinkmetalhead!, we'll sort this out, we promise!*
Megadeth is the best; Peace Sells..., So Far So Good So What!, Rust In Peace and Countdown To Extinction are unrivaled masterpieces. PinkMetalHead, you might get a similar kick out of Megadeth's cover of Nancy Sinatra's These Boats Were Made for Walking off their first album. As to Funk, not quite Heavy Metal but Van Halen's album Fair Warning is quite funky. I never thought of it that way until it was pointed out to me; Great bass lines.
This song has a great groove. One of many great megadeth songs.Classic.That first minute of the song is iconic, how can you not bang your head to that. This line-up had some jazz influenced members which explains alot.
One-Eye Yes, I think Jeff, Tom, and Kerry were dumb-asses when they refused to play with other Big 4 bands. One of a life-time experiences because they don't like Diamond Head. In that case I would have jammed to Justin Bieber song if needed. Only cool person in Slayer was Dave Lombardo. Well, Kerry King has always been a selfish moron who thinks he is better than anyone else and would like to see himself playing.
Yeah, that funk feeling is the same motion that people use to headbang lol Strange when things collide, eh? :) I like watching people dance to different types of music. I will often pair people dancing to a Bee Gees song lol Its just fun :) Love you, girl!
Im so hyped that you loved this classic MD song. I guessed you were going to give it an 11.5 lol. and yes you waited too long to do a song w such high regard. thought you were going to throw up the metal horns though n/
You're welcome. Funny story, Joey Belladonna, the singer for Anthrax, lives near me, and he has a kick ass classic rock cover band that he plays drums and sings with when he's not playing with Anthrax (Chief Big Way). Just plays at regular bars and stuff around here. They played at one of my high school reunions a few years back too. Super nice guy, and talented as all hell.
Great vid pink I grow up wit dis music don’t listen to it that much these days but you brought me back to it that’s kool at least fo tonite..luv ya ..kool stuff..
Megadeth is the best... Dave Mustaine wrote a lot of Metallicas first two albums... Anthrax admits that Dave influenced them... Kerry King was influenced by Dave as he was in megadeth for a very short time...sooo there ya have it..
Dave has proven to be much more of a pillar to Metal than Metallica. Much harder, much faster, so much evolution in their sound always getting better! Metallica sold out and faded to black...no pun intended. I still listen and live Metallica also but..Dave should be in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame and has made such a major footprint.
The rhythm of this song is devastatingly good. That combination of bass, rhythm guitar and drum is unbelievable right until the end of the song. That lays a great foundation to the solos, which can be lengthened if they really want to.
Busting out all the jams this week! I like it 🤘. I’ve always liked Megadeth the best out of the big 4, but I believe Metallica’s first 4 albums make them deserving of the top spot, and Metallica is better live. Anthrax follows a close third, and due to the lack of variety which bores me, Slayer is a distant 4th.
Never seen you be so responsive to a track, and it really makes a difference to see you groove n shit on this reaction. It could just be the song bringing it all out, but don't ever hold that shit back Pink! You seem to sometimes appear shy in reactions, don't say too much during the tracks (probably bc you're listening more intentively of these fuckass reaction channels out here) but right now you're gettin down and it's awesome! Megadeth understands the phonk, Dave Mustaine grew up on Mo Town acts.
A collaborated big 4 thrash metal track should ideally have : Vocals - James Hetfield ( Metallica ) with his 80s vocal cord Riffs - Mustaine ( Megadeth ) Solos - Friedman ( Megadeth ) Drums - Lombardo ( Slayer ) Bass - Frank Bello ( Anthrax )
That's the amazing thing about rock and metal. If someone likes music there's always something to enjoy, always something that can open the way. If they're more into hip hop, try rap metal, try RATM. If they're more into classic music, try Manowar's Sting of The Bumblebee or Nightwish. Good rock music has so many levels and facets that you certainly can find something for non-metal heads to enjoy. It's such a rich genre.
This is why Peace Sells is my favourite album. It's so groovy while still being heavy, complex and melodic. Sure, Rist In Peace is a technical masterpiece and the songs are highly energetic, but there's qlmost no groove in it. Out of that album, I'd say Five Magics is the best songs.
I've loved Metal and Rock N Roll since the 4th grade I'm 20 now I LOVE MEGADETH and this is my favorite song from them also you should do a reaction to Twisted Sister I Wanna Rock!! I love your vids and you rock \m/!!
I hope Dave Mustaine sees this haha- So The Bass Player is the same as now -But that a long story-The Lead Guitar player and Drummer at this time were from a Jazz Background so that contributed to the sound- Dave Mustaine is probably the Most creative guitarist and maybe the most experimental composer out of the Big 4-Whos the Best - hahaha Metallica and Megadeth maybe -Who goes the hardest and Heaviest -Slayer But ocassionally Anthrax are the Best Whos maybe the first Thrash Band-Exodus -1979 around the Bay area- and formed by Kirk Hammett and friends Kirk in now in Metallica-Whos The Best Thrash Lead Guitar Player -Maybe Alex Schoelnik of Testament Best Rhythm Guitarist maybe Dave Mustaine But the others are great too Scoott Ian of Anthrax is very good as wwelll whos just a remarkable human Being-Dan Spitz of Anthrax 5 foot 1-Check of his Life-Thats it Im Done for Now oh yeah whos producing the Best Music currently Not Metallica too Many songs on the Album too Much Filler -why do they do that?
Sweet Man -Dave Mustaine is a great Rhythm Guitarist Not a Great lead Guitarist maybe im wrong about in this period he did most of the Leads or wrote most of them?-When Marty came in Marty did most of the Leads and was much better then Dave at this But Dave is a rhythm Master for sure and a good Composer-Hey Man im not a know it all ill look it up More -hahaha Chill man Chill hahahaha
Slayer Kicks arse too- RIP Jeff Hanneman- Ok Chris and Dave Both Share Leads and Rhythm -but yeah ok i disagree with you on 1 thing Dave does all the Rhythm guitar for sure -and who first came up with 5 Metallica song for the 1st 2 Metallica albums I know he does all the Rhythm Guitar for sure for Megadeth if you disagree you should check it again -ok Have a Lovely Day Sir
All you have to do is listen to the rest of that album there is a whole pool of Megadeth that is worth swimming in watching your reactions I can feel your Goosebumps and get them to I can remember listening to some Megadeth songs for the first time while watching you and I enjoy your enjoyment
come on man, this girl have some serious material! is fascinating, keep it real like that, by the way the best metallica o course, but, but until 1991 lol, react to wellcome home sanitarium by metallica please
franfender Ok im not a native english speaker, but i didn't understand shit about your comment, but lets go. I wasn't talking shit about the music, i love megadeth/metal, and you're the one that apparently have something against since you became offended saying "its only rock and roll bu i like it", saying that you are basically saying that rock is shit not a big deal and doing rock songs are something easy to do, maybe you should stop listening to pop so much. I was just referring to when you said something about she having material or some shit like that, because you know....reaction videos are not content or anything, if u need to watch reactions to be satisfied with your opinion on something, well, then youre lost. Sorry this comment got too big.
The Big 4 did a tour during Sonisphere and during Metallica's set, they invited all of the other members of the Big 4 on stage and did a cover of "Am I Evil" by british band Diamond Head which were are influence on all of the Big 4. You can find videos of it here on youtube.
You millennial’s won’t know this, but MTV used the bass line from this song to open the day in news with Kurt loder!
i remember
Same
I miss those days
Dude!!!!!!! Oh sh*t you just brought memories. Thanks for that one I totally forgot
Dave Ellefson is so underrated on bass
For sure
Yeah one of the best all time rock -metal bass players...for thrash metal for me there is no one better.
Brandon Hagler Has a kickass signature bass too. I got one last year for christmas and it's very versatile.
Phenomenal bassist!
Brandon Hagler well he is a very humble guy.
What ya mean I don't believe in PINKMETALHEAD.?
Subscribed to her today.
This is a masterpiece from Megadeth, and a great reaction 😎
Your vids are awesome. It doesn't matter if you are young or old, white black or green, a girl or a boy, or anything in between. You can love metal, and metal will love you.
yeah wwatch Lemmys advice for a Black Heavy Metal Punk Fan
"Anything in between" make sure you don't offend those special snowflakes.
I'm pretty sure you're the only "special snowflake" here, mate.
Tore pedersen AMEN and HELL YEA
Tore Pedersen well said, metal head.
This is why I love old school rock and metal - it still has the blues influence to it and it gives it something extra thats lost in modern chugging and djent fests.
One of the BEST metal bass line of all time
Eamon Ahem, YES!!! My Last Words has one solo in it but it my favorite one of the whole album. "Peace Sells..." is an awesome album that will stand the test of time and stand very tall
Fernando Lopez Along with Frankie Bello of Anthrax & Got the Time
Rocket Queen.. Breakdown.. Duff McKagan ..Dr Feel good Nikki Sixx ..Enter Sandman James Trullijo
Rod Harris Trullijio didn't originally play Enter Sandman Jason Newsted did, and that song truly sucks. Totally commercial
That intro could kick a lot of peoples asses.
Megafuckingdeth!!!!! Dave Mustaine is a Metal God
Frank Verde there is only one metal god and that is rob halford
+Dank Bonk ripper 65 he's a metal goddess!
10/10 Get ready Pink Metalhead, your channel is going to blow up after this reaction. There’s also a strong message in this song.
good reaction! someone finally said it, the intro is so funky, and most of the song is very danceable... not that there's anything wrong with that
There WAS in fact a collaboration between all four of the big thrash bands on stage. I believe they performed a cover of "Am I evil" by diamondhead.
Fun fact: That funky opening bassline was used as the theme for MTV News back in the day. Definitely a classic metal tune.
Really?? Never knew that! Awesome 🤘🏽
Skinny Buddha Wayyyy back in the day lol
back when they played music
Had to think but your right .
Everyone appreciates late arrivals and why: because we get to experience the fresh reactions for the first time all over again. A definite go-to!
\m/
10.... Lol
Special footnote: that bass line was used routinely on Mtv back in the day.
MTV news bass intro , oh the good ole days , when thrash ruled the world
Never in my life would I have expected anyone to call anything by Megadeth a 'bop'. Thank you, Pink, you just made my night a lot happier! Great vid!
Haha 😂 Glad you enjoyed it!
GrayNeko and while we’re at it lets have some Voivod reactions! They never get any love on reactions channels and its waaaay overdue....
I'd love to see some Voivod reactions, but are you sure Pink's ready? We don't want to scare her off. ^_~
*Just kidding, Pink!*
Outstanding!! Hearing for the first time again, through new listener
Makenzie Kruschev oh hell yeah! Prolly, in my opinion, contains the greatest metal bass riff of all time
I like to Carlton Dance to Peace Sells....but that doesn't always go over very well in the pits.
Haha I’m sure it wouldn’t go well 😭😂
Gwar (with Dave) would get a kick out of it though, I betcha.
Peace sells? More like Pit Smells!
Pink, You just listened to a CLASSIC MEGADETH SONG! ONE OF THEIR BEST SONGS AND ALBUM!
Now you need to hear “ASHES IN YOUR MOUTH” by MEGADETH!
Best solo section in metal history.
Tremendous suggestion! A deep track that’s a personal favorite along with hook in mouth
Yep, I totally agree...she'll love that one I'm sure!
Damn , i always request this song to all reaction channel but they all like don't care about it and ignore it. Fuck life
Headcrusher and The right to go insane would be sweet too ;)
Megadeth is the best; Peace Sells..., So Far So Good So What!, Rust In Peace and Countdown To Extinction are unrivaled masterpieces.
King Diamond- Sleepless Nights. King Doesn't get much love on reaction channels but he's a legend and influence to so many bands.
I agree. More King Diamond please. Black Horsemen.
Yes!!!
One of may favs is Twilight Symphony... although every one of his songs is my favorite.
Great band, but his voice is horrible
NoPain NoGain yeah i cant listen to his voice for more than 2 songs. That high pitched thing just doesnt sound good to me
Love when you make that face, you're really enjoying the music, so cute and beautiful!!!! 😍
Thanks Juan!
😙😙😙
Love to see the ladies loving the metal
Megadeth - In My Darkest Hour
Nihilist this is my all time megadeth song
Nihilist my fav
DubiousDevil me too bro
Dave's sneering,angry vocals are superb.
Great review. Sweating Bullets would make a good followup.
bomara66 Hello me. Meet the real me.
Gotta hear Hello me while watching the video
Damn you just brought me back to being like 14 years old. Love this song!
Love you stopping it liking the bass 😊
This song has a great groove. One of many great megadeth songs.Classic.That first minute of the song is iconic, how can you not bang your head to that. This line-up had some jazz influenced members which explains alot.
When they did the big 4 tour they got all bands on stage together and jammed together
The big four did am I evil live. All four complete bands on stage playing and singing am I evil. It was awesome
And here I thought I was in love before. 😍
chasrhew88able I have no idea what that means but thanks.
Yeah, that funk feeling is the same motion that people use to headbang lol Strange when things collide, eh? :)
I like watching people dance to different types of music. I will often pair people dancing to a Bee Gees song lol Its just fun :) Love you, girl!
Im so hyped that you loved this classic MD song. I guessed you were going to give it an 11.5 lol. and yes you waited too long to do a song w such high regard. thought you were going to throw up the metal horns though

Pink great vid I'm glad you enjoyed this is what I grew up with... always enjoy your vids keep up the good work.....
The Big 4 did a live collaboration. Search "Am I Evil Big 4"
Nothing thank you learn something new everyday
You're welcome. Funny story, Joey Belladonna, the singer for Anthrax, lives near me, and he has a kick ass classic rock cover band that he plays drums and sings with when he's not playing with Anthrax (Chief Big Way). Just plays at regular bars and stuff around here. They played at one of my high school reunions a few years back too. Super nice guy, and talented as all hell.

Nice video! 😜
Please react to Tornado of Souls - Megadeth 😆
Fabricio R. Marty Friedman produced some of the most face melting guitar solos in history
That whole album rocks🤘... Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🎄🎉🥂
Merry Christmas 😃🤘🏽
Ne Obliviscaris - And Plague Flowers The Kaleidoscope . PHENOMENAL SONG!!!
obaida hafez Yes!
Man's a virtuoso
Dave has proven to be much more of a pillar to Metal than Metallica. Much harder, much faster, so much evolution in their sound always getting better!
Metallica sold out and faded to black...no pun intended. I still listen and live Metallica also but..Dave should be in the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame and has made such a major footprint.
LOL...loved that reaction at the end! I give your reaction an 11/10!
Please do *More* Megadeth videos! 😃
chedar munkey And she needs to look up the music videos for Reckoning day, Diadems, Addicted to chaos, and Headcrusher 🤘😎🤘
Megadeth - Hook in mouth
That's another good one, too :-)
HEAVYMETALmovie198
Heavy Metal 1981? Shouldn't you be suggesting Don Felder's Takin a Ride?!
HOLLY HELL. LOVE THIS GIRL. IVE ONLY HEAD BANG TO MEGADETH. SHE GROOVED TO IT! NEVER OCCURED TO ME OR SAW IT!!!
Hell yeah!Keep up the reactions!!!!!!!!!
The rhythm of this song is devastatingly good. That combination of bass, rhythm guitar and drum is unbelievable right until the end of the song. That lays a great foundation to the solos, which can be lengthened if they really want to.
"Wake Up Dead"
Awesome! Proper reaction! Thanks! Love this channel!
Megadeth rules!! Try Devils Island!!!
pete marrero No, Countdown to Extinction. Or Symphony of Destruction, the only song I know all of the lyrics to.
10 rating you rule pink you are so in the zone now we love your stuff can't get enough
Have always loved Dave's vocals, Timing, dripping with sarcasm and venom
bop to Bad Omen by Megadeth hehe
The big 4 DID jam on 1 song together called Am I Evil, live on the Sonisphere tour. It was amazing.
Thanks for watching! And yes..im usually shy, but this was a great song and I just couldn't hold it in :) Can't wait to listen to more Megadeth!
Also, the drummer and lead guitarist during this era had both played jazz fusion together (funky ass jazzy shit)
PinkMetalHead Songs like this made us all fans of this music when it came out. Be you! It was awesome
this song intro bass line was used for MTV news theme song for over a decade. "MTV News. you hear it (dun dundun dun dundundun dunun) first."
Look up a The Big Four concert, they all jammed at the end.
OMG!
They played Am I evil, yet they didn't do the solo (which was, for me at least, a capital offense)
Been into this album lately, your reactions are priceless! Love it haha
awesome reaction to one of the best classics megadeth songs. now for another classic reaction you need to do is King Diamond welcome home.
Cyco Mike -Do You Like the Song 'You Cant Bring Me Down?
by suicidal tendencies yes. I've even seen them 2 times.
Sweet Mike-CycoMiko
If you watched MTV in the 80's & early 90's, you'd recognize that opening riff, because they used it for the intro to MTV News.
Big 4.
1-Megadeth 2-Metallica 3-Exodus 4-Testament/Overkill
I like slayer and anthrax. But the others go in before them in my opinion
Um.....Iron Maiden???...anybody?
@@donaldstone540 The big 4 'thrash' bands. Iron Maiden are not thrash.
A collaborated big 4 thrash metal track should ideally have :
Vocals - James Hetfield ( Metallica ) with his 80s vocal cord
Riffs - Mustaine ( Megadeth )
Solos - Friedman ( Megadeth )
Drums - Lombardo ( Slayer )
Bass - Frank Bello ( Anthrax )
Some more thrash! Early Megadeth is the best. I approve \m/
Found your channel yesterday, it's awesome! Will throw some suggestions your way soon, keep up the good work :)
Yo Pink, if you really like bopping to some more Megadeth, you just gotta try 'Symphony of Destruction'!!!! Another 10 out if 10 for sure!
This is the song that got me hooked on heavy metal back in the Fall of 1987 when I was a Freshman in High School.
I think I'm in love
This was the first Megadeth cassette tape I bought to play in my Sony Walkman. Those were good times.
You at one time said your mom doesn't care or like metal. you should show her this song lol.
When the spirit moves ya sometimes ya just gotta groove. Dope reaction.
Should listen to the whole album...awesome album...also Mechina The synesthesia signal hahaha
Someone needs to review Suicidal Tendencies. Vastly overlooked. Hardcore. Multiracial.
Girl! I probably shook thee neighbors' house with this song! Among others! So glad to see you get so into it!
YEAHHHHH I knew you would love it kick ass song react to megadeth my last words please thank you
hammerheart 90
Said it last night "My Last Words" would be Awesome
It may knock your socks off...
two of the members of megadeth when that came out were actually fusion jazz muscians. there's where your funky bop comes in.
Look up the big 4 playing Am I Evil? (Metallica's cover of a Diamondhead song) live in Bulgaria. All 4 bands on stage at once.
Dan Marshall
I was searching the comments to see if anybody made mention of this before I recommended it. Good call brother
i think the Big Four did all play together on stage for one song, "Am I Evil?", during that tour.
5:50 - 10 out of 10!!! \m/
Lol, an anthem from my teen angst years of the early eighties. Great one... and the jake brake from the semi in the background was a nice touch lol.
My fav megadeath song.
I've loved Metal and Rock N Roll since the 4th grade I'm 20 now I LOVE MEGADETH and this is my favorite song from them also you should do a reaction to Twisted Sister I Wanna Rock!! I love your vids and you rock \m/!!
#PinkFuckingNation!🤘🏾
You're right, it is funky. I never thought about that.
Dream Theater Panic Attack
Andrew M what's up mate!? Lol
Nicki Collis Not much. Just rocking to Megadeth.
I didnt know I could dance to Mega D untill you showed me. LOL! Awesome reaction.
Do the conjuring Megadeath
Good to see you like this. I sure did.when I was in my junior year high school
A millennial bopping to a bassline played by a Lutheran pastor. Metal does in fact rule
The bass intro was the outro music to MTV news for years.

I know Man its Cool -Im nearly 43 been Listening to Metallica since 1989 -No Worries Man Fun Times
Megadeth are the best musicians in the big 4 .
All you have to do is listen to the rest of that album there is a whole pool of Megadeth that is worth swimming in watching your reactions I can feel your Goosebumps and get them to I can remember listening to some Megadeth songs for the first time while watching you and I enjoy your enjoyment
come on man, this girl have some serious material! is fascinating, keep it real like that, by the way the best metallica o course, but, but until 1991 lol, react to wellcome home sanitarium by metallica please
franfender she is just reacting she didn't do much
Not High I swear, Is just like that song, it's only rock and roll but I like it... so....
franfender Ok im not a native english speaker, but i didn't understand shit about your comment, but lets go.
Sorry this comment got too big.
If you think Metallica is better than Megadeth, you don't have ears.
Not High, I swear. come on man, with that kind of comments Im pretty sure that youre very high lol... take it easy man, just enjoy
The Big 4 did a tour during Sonisphere and during Metallica's set, they invited all of the other members of the Big 4 on stage and did a cover of "Am I Evil" by british band Diamond Head which were are influence on all of the Big 4. You can find videos of it here on youtube.
React to brazilian metal bands: Sepultura, Sarcófago, Angra, Krisiun...
I love sepultura!!!!!!
She did several Sepultura reactions :) But all are in her "listening to music" streams.
Music and lyrics are great on this song. Great, just great. PinkMetalHead, you have a good taste.
now it's time for some Metallica :). If you want a brutal song by them, please do Damage, inc. You will be blown away!
Vigan Rexhepi FUUUCK YES! blood will follow blood dying time is here Damage incorporated! then comes one of my favorite metallica riffs
or Leper Messiah which is also badass
Pink Nation! You got a subscriber because of this video. Luv Megadeth!
