The humble actors are always the most fascinating to listen to. It's always nice to see someone compliment the people they've worked with, since making a movie is after all a team effort.
I was hoping for him to talk about Storytelling though.
Look up Jim Broadbent being interviewed. He seems so shy he can almost not get words out, but he's fascinating! I think he really needs acting to be able to have a voice.
He seems like the nicest guy. Always has kind words for everyone he works with. I Loved him as Dan on Rosanne. I have a serious crush.
One day we're gonna lose him, and we're gonna wonder why we didn't give him more love.
This is the first time I’ve watched one of these and have seen every project talked about in the video. What an awesome career. It’s crazy to me that I’m almost 32 and he’s been in my favorite movies since I was a little girl.
Although I am bummed that he didn’t cover his brief roll in Community because that remains one of the best surprises I’ve ever had in a tv show.
Much love to John Goodman, I think he really is a good man.
My childhood was made with the borrowers, monsters inc, flinstones and emporers new groove
I remember he did a streetcar named desire, he has a great range. His voice has become more and more soothing as time goes. His yelling voice was always funny, too
Barton Fink is one of the most underrated films ever. You gotta see it if you haven’t. If you like the Coen brothers, you’ll like it.
I like the way he explain how he feels about voice acting and how it’s fun and tiring. He seems to be very upfront about his feelings.
I love this man. Always great, always Incredibly believable. He's one of the few actors that for some reason make me tear up just talking about something both as themselves and in a role. The first thing I saw him in him was Coyote Ugly and I still go back repeatedly just to let him steal my heart away again and again.
john goodman is one of my favorite actors ever, i love him so much. I've only ever cried about 2 celebrities passing away (steve irwin and robin williams) but i know i'm gonna be a mess when john goodman passes. he almost feels like family because he's been around my whole life and has played so many important characters to me
I was so excited to see him in 10 Cloverfield Lane
"Even though he has the bad taste to remain dead" (referring to peter o'toole) is one of the best quotes I've ever heard.
His smile is the absolute best. When he gets the squint really going. I just want to hug him.
I could listen to this man speak all day. Always loved him and his characters.
Always. He was so awesome in "Always" with Richard Dreyfuss and Holly Hunter. I can't wait for the Gemstones.
Wish he had discussed more about "Always". One of his best roles, and one of the most underrated films out there.
Agreed!!! Also one of my favorite roles he ever played.
John Goodman will always be Dan Connor for me. Such a underrated and iconic show!
Dan, Dan, the drywall man.🙂
The way he remembers every role intimately is amazing. No matter how long ago. He truly remembers them.
John Goodman has a part in "Sea of Love" with Al Pacino and he steals the show. It's not one of Al Pacinos top movies but a good one and John Goodmans role definitely is one of the highlights!
He worked with Pacino again in "You Don't Know Jack", a Barry Levinson's movie about Jack Kevorkian.
@@felipepsyco35 Nice. I have heard about that movie. Is it good?
Sea of Love should have totally been mentioned
He was excellent sidekick character in Always
His voice performance on Monster's Inc was incredible and convincing.
This is the best one yet. Best actor and so elegant and humble and low-key funny. Best roles breakdown so far I like it.
"Bad taste to remain dead"!❤️❤️😃
he steals films. He is so magnetic in his roles. Love him. So underrated.
They should have him on Audible lol
I think what annoys me about audible is ITS ON EVERY ADVERT!!!
@@palmeristo Did you know that with their free trial, the first book is free? I really do use this service, and I think you'll enjoy it. Maybe you want to start with a biography of John Goodman. 😉 Just kidding, I actually do like audible, but the ubiquity of their sponsorships is out of hand.
I grew up watching this man, he's such an iconic person and such a legend.
Please do Steve Buscemi (if you want)!
Genevieve55 wow, give them a break. People can be so rude on the internet 🙄😂
Do Steve Buscemi you fucks*
OMG please do it.. but make it at least 45 mins hes played in a ton of movies and no matter his part he takes a scene
"If you want"
I like this guy
Buscemi is another gem. Should have gotten an Oscar nom for Fargo.
John Goodman has ALWAYS been amazing. He super under rated. He wont be here forever, we should truly cherish this man.
What an awesome career. I’m loving him in Righteous Gemstones. Can’t wait for season 2. That show is sooooo underrated. It’s my favorite comedy currently on air.
Please please please make the interview in chronological order! Also offer unedited version, we want more John Goodman!
