  • Arms exercise and upper body massage is a series of slow exercises aimed to tone our arms muscles and correct our overall posture. With the help of a quick neck/arms massage we will get the tension relieved from unwanted areas that often are the cause to low energy and unproductive days.     I am amazed. My thumb and wrist and upper arm and shoulder were all hurting a lot, and I had to be super careful how I moved. I felt like energy was trapped inside. I did this last night, as well as being sure to follow Alexander principles of movement, and everything is at least 75% better!

    Hello I just found your channel and I subscribed. I wanted to ask you are these particular excercises safe/ recommended to someone with neck spondilosis? I'm looking to strenghten my muscles and just relief the pain in natural way, with the right sort of excercises.       Hi Alessia! I am glad you ask. Sometimes in dance classes, I do short routines that include movements with half my body going in one direction and the other half in the opposite direction. For those movements, I have to think a lot because they feel unnatural. It would be nice if you make a video with that kind of exercises.

    I don't know if your channel "cover" shoulder/neck pain and posture, but do you have any tips for the so called "chicken wings"? You know when your shoulder blades, kind of stick out from your upper back. By the way, I really love your channel!

    due to chronic pain I held proper posture but had to sit back against my high back ,relaxing desk chair- I still got a workout- thanks lots;)ps. I just started @Ashford Fitness Society page on fb- I hope it's ok to share your workouts. Take a looksee when you have time- ty for you:)x

    I've been doing a lot of these arms videos, and boy, do they burn. But I'm curious: what are bingo wings? lol

      Laura bingo wings are flabby upper arms that hang down and flap about when moved around, so named because older ladies often have them and older ladies typically like to go to bingo. It's something we say in the UK.
