- In this video I'll guide you through a series of exercises that will get your arms stronger, leaner and poised.
Ballerina arms in order to be flawless and controlled must be worked every day. But if you are not a dancer and want to have that beautiful look and posture, I'll help you increase the flexibility and strength of your arms while tightening several hard-to-tone areas.

I've been doing this for a month and it works! The best arm exercise ever 🥰 also it only takes 10 mins to finish the exercise so it's easier to do this everyday, i feel more relaxed and healthier. Thank you so much for sharing this. You're awesome!

Love you! Your quirks and silliness makes the pain of the exercises bearable - Thank you! Question: When you are sitting, how should the bum be positioned? Should it be tucked in? I know we are to engage the core but I feel my back naturally wanting to hollow a bit and my bum pushes out during the exercises. Sometimes I have a slightly sore lower back as a result. Is this fine?

How do you get that nice line between your ribs? I have great abs but every time I eat a meal the bottom of my ribs sticks out.😕

i use this ALL of the time. warm up before weights, cool down from weights, other days, leg days, whatever. does anybody know, is it silly for me to do this on my in-between-upper-body-weights-days? in other words, is it contrary to resting my arms? or might it be a good thing to do on the off days because of blood flowing to the worked muscles? i don't know anything! help! ;-)
I know it's pretty dumb to ask on an arm workout video but do you have any advice/tips for toning and losing weight on thighs/legs? That along with abs are super hard for me and it's just frustrating.
Tiluen You can try all the fitness barres i have uploaded and the floor work too. If you want to be healthy and achieve your ideal goal, your body has to be clean in the inside, otherwise only exercising wont help. You have to avoid junk food, fizzy drinks, fried food, sugar, dairy and gluten. Drink lots of water to keep hydrated ( maybe with a bit of lemon which both gives flavour and helps cleaning from the inside). Lots of greens and colourful fruits and veggies, try to avoid too much red meat( if you eat any) as it slows down the process of digestion and it's not liver friendly. If you are clean from the inside the outside will be healthy and happy too. Ciao Alessia

Hey! + Lazy Dancer Tips I have an extremely strong right arm and chest and my left side is not nearly as engaged. I've been trying to focus on it more but I don't know how to fully fix this asymmetry because I'm right handed.. What would you recommend to be done in this case? Thanks for the stellar videos ^-^

I really love your workout! A lot of them just require a chair, and can be done in office. I have my own office and have to work for long hours (8am till 9pm...). So the only gym time is on the weekends. Your videos really help a lot during working days!!!
I'm so happy to hear this! Yes let's say that all the exercises have been thought as "home exercises", Not everyone has got equipment under their bed, I certainly don't. You can always do lots with "a towel and a chair" and i'm sure everyone has those at home. Simple and productive !
