I can't thank you enough Alessia. I can walk without much pain for the first time in a year and a half (I had achilles tendonitis and your calf and ankle strengthening exercises are helping me recover). I am gracefull. I feel balanced. I've lost 52 pounds and I'm enjoying exercise. I look at my body and love what I am seeing happen to it. I don't feel overwhelmed finding exercise videos that are too much for me or too little. Every time I perform a ballet movement correctly I feel more beautiful than I ever have in my life. I enjoy my instructor immensely (yourself). I find myself smiling through even your most gruesome workouts thanks to your cheery half full outlook and humor. Almost all of this is due to you for putting the videos out, and myself for working hard.

I can't seem to get me feet higher? I can't create an arch in my feet when stretching. If I do these exercises daily will I also be able to create an arch in my feet? Thank you for the video btw!!

Hi Skyray, thank you for your lovely comment ! :D regarding your question, it all depends how much work/dance classes you do during the week. You can always pick and choose exercises from the videos that you can do after your class. I personally used to do at least 32 parallel rises on each leg every day. You can build up to it, don't try to do it all in one as it is impossible and you'll hurt yourself . Then as a dancer you need to concentrate on all parts of the body as the other muscles also help out, therefore you won't over work your ankles. If everything is sustained the work on your lower legs will feel easier. Try also these exercises tinyurl.com/zqup8tj they'll be very good for you! These exercises are fine for you and I highly recommend deep stretches to elongate the muscles at the end of the workout :) Love Alessia

Try placing a pillow between your knees when in parallel position, squeeze bum, tummy and don't let the pillow fall :)
