    I am 56 years old and have only regularly exercised on and off over the course of my life. I can't always keep up with every move you do, but I appreciate the fact that I find every move you make easily modifiable and that you have a good variety on your channel of short 5 minute videos (for when I'm tired but still want to be consistent and do something) and longer ones when I have more energy. I love your channel and you are a beautiful girl ❤️

    I started on nov 1st, and it’s now the 18th.. I was sup insecure abt my legs bc they are so skinny.. I took 3 rest days in the timespan AHHH IM STARTING TO SEE A MUSCLE IN MY CALVES, THEY LOOK GREAT edit: I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE BIG CALVES, THEY LITERALLY LOOK SO GOOD EDIT AGAINNN it’s been 5 months!!! I’ve been eating good, and this works so well I no longer have chicken legs 👌 this is a rlly good workout!!!! It’s so worth it, you get good results and it’s only 5 minutes 1 YEAR UPDATE!!!!!🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 so I have somehow been consistent with this, when I go to the gym I make sure to include this in my routine on leg day and it HELPED SO MUCH! I wish I took progress pics I didn’t bc I thought I was just going to forget

    Ok I'm pretty sure now that you can read my mind: yesterday I was at my orthopedist because I've had a strong pain in my shins and calves while running and he told me to strengthen my calves. Well this is perfect now 👍🏻

      Yes, me too, I have been having the same issues. Try foam rolling your shins and calves and elevating your legs for 10 mins everyday. that has also help me.

      Those issues can be caused by over striding. Try shorting your stride.

      @Eileen you sure its not just muscle pain (do you run often or was it the firsttime)? Moving your leg up requires calve strength, by going down again you a lot of force is being stopped by your shin muscles

    GUYS I promise this works really well- like i did it for two weeks straight and my calfs were strong and toned. but then i got lazy and stopped doing it. but i'm back again, doing this for my summer body. we can do this! 💪

    Very short but EXTREMELY effective leg/calf workout. Make sure you stretch after this one. I forgot to stretch my hamstrings after this and i was sore for 4 days.

    I've had planter fasciits in both feet for five years, and tore my achilles tendon two years ago. I've struggled to strengthen my feet and calves with physio exercises. BLESS YOU for this. I think it's going to bring me there...

    *This workout works!*
    My calves where really unused and weak, the first time I used this workout it burn a lot, I continued doing this for more 3 days and then I stopped to take a rest for 2/3 days.
    I continued to use only this workout to target the calves and legs and I started noticing the muscle getting stronger and also more defined!
    In a week you are able to feel and see the result, which is amazing :)

    I found Maddie when I was looking for workouts after I gave birth to my son. I can’t say enough good things about her attention to form and encouraging but challenging workouts. They are manageable and doable with a new baby yet extremely effective. Im forever grateful!

    The Sports Science behind this workout is amazing. Isometrics, plyometrics too. The calves demand THIS workout every day atmo, and more than 5 minutes would be unnecessary (or unhelpful). Feels perfect, great work!

    My body shape is a pear with thick calves and not much distinction between my ankles.
    My calves are easily the most difficult part to tone, despite me working them out almost daily & having tried a variety of exercises! Your workout is THE ONLY thing (*okay - maybe along with swimming - which isn't as handy tho, especially in the winter*), that has actually managed to tone my calves beautifully during the course of the last 3 months, in a way that still surprises me when i look at them in the mirror!!     I had knee surgery and literally lost my calf muscle- this is way more fun than my PT exercises! Can't wait until I can do the whole thing without a break! Grateful to have something to work towards-!! Thanks Maddie! And I love the new space!

    need this bc I'm having a mini vacation in 20 days and probably gonna go hiking but I am VERY out of shape and losing weight makes you lose muscle as well so I desperately need this lmao. been looking up workouts but none of them focus on calves, which is used a lot when going up/down mountains! hopefully this works :)

    I feel the burn!!!!!!!!!! Super fun Iove it! Thanks for the 5 mins. I can customize every workout and it's mentally easier, as I don't think "oh I have 20 mins of this or that". I do 5 then 10 then 5 then 15 or whatever! start with a 5 mins warmup and end with 5 min cool down. You are so awesome!!!!

    This is kind of workout Im doing for many years, you dont need anything for this and you can do it when you're just waiting somewhere...😁😁 But this looks like killer one, gonna try it!
